Firehouse doesn't skimp on quality ingredients. The meats, like the smoked brisket and pulled pork, are tender and bursting with savory goodness.

They run hot and cold in this store. Since the staff changes weekly you never know what you are going to get. And maybe, you'll get nothing if you try and use the app. And don't try and contact them because you won't hear anything back. And if you do, well...they just don't care.Update: I was contacted by "someone" from Firehouse (owner, I guess). I will say that it was shocking to get a call from someone. But, in the end, not worth answering the phone. It was the fairly apathetic response I would expect as I never got the feeling my concerns were of any merit. In the end I was simply told there are other Firehouse restaurants I could go to. That's the solution? I'll take it to mean there are other restaurants I can go to...other than Firehouse and I agree.

We've eaten at this location several times, and each time was really good. Today we stopped in for lunch and had the club sandwich combo and turkey sandwich combo. We were greeted today by Victor who was very friendly, and Nick, who is also really nice. We've met Nick the few times we had been here prior, and what a great guy...always hard working, smiling and kind. He also makes a killer sandwich! We didn't have to wait long at all for our food, and it was busy. The sandwiches were piled high, and fresh, so were the dill pickles...we like the wheat bread, as well as the selection of chips and the variety of self serve drinks. It's bright, comfortable and clean inside, and they have a patio. We like this location so much, that my husband had them cater a casual fundraiser earlier this year, and everyone enjoyed the variety & quality of the sandwiches that he ordered...they were all wrapped nicely & ready on time for pickup. Pickles & chips were included in the reasonable catering price. We'll be back again for sure. We like this place, and thank you to Nick & Victor, for the fast, friendly service, and delicious sandwiches!

This is the slowest firehouse I've ever been to... I stop here because it's convenient but be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for your sandwich (every time). They always seem short staffed, usually only one person making sandwiches. Also .. employees seem miserable.

I went to Firehouse to grab lunch to go. I've been going to Firehouse for many years. THIS was the worst sandwich I have ever received. I ordered the Club on a Sub. The sandwich I received was small, missing ingredients, messy, and skimpy on everything but mayo. I contacted Firehouse by site and survey and have never been contacted. I called the store but the manager appears never to be there. I also am a member of the Rewards Program but Firehouse has stopped supporting this program and hasn't credited me for three receipts I have submitted dating back almost a month. The prices go up and the quality, portion size, service go down. I'm not going back any more.
Still my go-to place for meatball subs. Prices have went up quite a bit but still go for it.

Do not eat here unless you have 20+ minutes to spare waiting on your order. There were 2 customers in the store at the time I ordered my small turkey sandwich to-go. 20 minutes went by and my sandwich still had not been started and I had an appointment to get to so I had to leave. What a waste of $8! The girl making sandwiches also sneezed inside her elbow and never went to wash her hands or change her gloves. Disgusting. I will never eat here again.

If you’ve got time to spare, this is your place. I don’t think I’ve ever had a sandwich ready in less than 30 minutes. If you’re ordering on the app, don’t select your promise time for less than those 30 minutes. Even then, give them a few minutes. Just today I saw them make sandwiches for mobile orders with a promise time later than mine. I ordered at 11:30 with an 11:45 pick up, I walked out of the store at 12:05.
