The online ordering platform wasn't working properly, so I wasn't able to modify the individual orders by selecting the buttons (over easy instead of scrambled), so I added a note, which was ignored by the kitchen staff. The cashier was a space cadet and kept helping cash people out instead of getting our food - she completely forgot about us. We love First Watch, but won't be coming back to this location.

We've been coming here for a long time. And we continue to enjoy their food. While it's somewhat expensive, the quality makes it worth it.We went with friends this time. We had three different dishes. Two people ordered the classic eggs Benedict, one ordered blueberry pancakes and one ordered a Spring Special, the Hacienda hash. Everyone enjoyed their selection and the person who ordered the hash said he wished they'd add it to the regular menu.Our server was friendly and attentive as well

We went to the First Watch at Cave Creek. Sat on the patio in the sunshine and waited for someone to come wait on us. After 20 minutes not even being acknowledged even though there were three staff members coming and going on the patio, we stood up and walked back to the front and left. We did tell the hostess we were not even acknowledged by anyone and she sounded concerned but offered no explanation and just said sorry.We have been there a number of times for breakfast but wanted to check out the patio and lunch menu. The service has always been great but today definitely soured our First Watch experience.

How can they not be? Well, the server let her know the eggs in this restaurant are a "product" and, therefore, not fresh.Ppfff!

Fabulous spot, the outdoor area is a pleasant little cove. Service was great, quickly seated even being a busy day. Really enjoyed the food although the potatoes had more onion in it than I prefer. Great spot to chat and have a pleasant brunch 10/10 would recommend.

The worst breakfast tacos I've had. I have been to other first watch locations and they're all very good but this one was horrible. I got breakfast tacos. Cold tortillas, they forgot to add pico and avocado. The most plain breakfast tacos I've ever had.

I had the Chorizo Omlet with avacado & sour cream, multi grain buttered toast, with crispy potatoes, it was very good, lots of onions. Service with Jerry was quick and friendly! Coffee was strong and delicious. I recommend this restaurant to everyone! This place is packed and service was still quick!Parking: There will be very little problems parking.
