We walked in 30 minutes before closing, but the gal who greeted us and served us, had a great attitude! She did not rush us, and recommended I try the Steak & Spinach Skillet Hash special. DELISH!

Had a mid week breakfast at First Watch. It was my first time dining here, my son had been before. They weren’t very busy but steady. The host also cashes patrons out so we had to wait several minutes because four tables were leaving at the same time. When we were seated, it took our server a little while to get to us. They might be a little understaffed. We ordered the million dollar breakfast sandwich with the million dollar potatoes and the honey bacon brussel hash. The sunny side up eggs on the hash needed a little more cooking, the whites were still raw and slimy but the hash was well seasoned and flavorful but a little light on the brussel sprouts. Next time, I would order poached eggs instead of sunny side up. I did love the lightly dressed arugula salad with the hash and the salsa. The million dollar entree and potato side were rich but delicious. We had to remind our server about our iced tea that never arrived. Then it took quite a while to get a refill and have our plates cleared. The food going by all looked great and there were many entrees that we would try so we will definitely be back even with the spotty service.
Perhaps the worst breakfast and service ever! I ordered bacon and eggs over medium with extra crispy potatoes and multigrain toast on a Monday morning at 9:30am. The interaction with my server besides taking my order was being told that they were out of multitoast but that I could have either an English muffin or sourdough toast. I opted for a well toasted English muffin.The food I received were overcooked eggs with hard yokes, potatoes burned beyond recognition and a well toasted muffin that was burned around the edges. My server never once checked to see how my meal was. I received the same “cold” treatment when I paid my bill. No mention of how my meal or experience was. Definitely a one and done experience with this establishment for me! You can probably have a more enjoyable experience and better service at McDonalds so do your your self a favor and pass on this overpriced establishment !
