this isn’t about the food although that is also amazing, but the night shift employees on 1/3 literally saved my life and found my purse i left outside their store front and held it for me 🙏🏻 bless these employees and give them a raise or something because they go above and beyond in customer service

The service at the counter was quick and friendly. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger and a regular fry and a large drink. I don’t think the food was any better or worse than let’s say a Wendy’s, but I spent $25 for this meal and it was their jr version of the burger. There is a Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers down the street that makes real made to order burgers and I would have spent nearly the same. Not worth the price in my opinion.

I had a great experience at the 5 Guys in Fashion Square today, thanks to Tashianna! She was incredibly helpful and made my gift card purchase smooth and hassle-free. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist really stood out, making my visit enjoyable. It's clear that Tashianna takes pride in her work and values customer service. I'll definitely be back, thanks to her exceptional service!
