The service was very good and the milk shake was excellent. However, the burger looked a little soggy, that is, it was not ready and very dark. That aside, everything is fine, it's a place that I like because it looks like a Fast Food but I'll prepare your burger there right away.

I recently visited Five Guys in Scottsdale, AZ, and had a great experience! The meal was delicious, and we were with my cousin’s son, Baran, who absolutely loved it. He couldn’t get enough of the burger and even raved about the shake. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was casual, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Definitely a solid choice if you’re craving a hearty burger and tasty shakes!

Was craving a good burger and fries. They're prices have gone up since COVID so I limit my visits. I didn't mind paying because I knew the quality was good. However, the last time I went in, the burger was horrible! I think they changed the quality. Tasted like I bit into a grease patty. Was not able to finish it and threw it away. But the fries are still spot on! Thank goodness! Perfectly cooked and seasoned! The staff is always kind and cheerful. Just wish owners didn't sacrifice quality and charge more. I'll go back for fries...but still looking for a good fast food-ish burger place.

$53.00 for 3 burgers, 3 small drinks and 1 large fry is just mind boggling. And then they want tips for performing fast food counter service yet offer no kind table service like is the normal way earn the tip at a restaurant.
It is also very bold to charge $7.59 for a large fry and have me feeling ripped off when I got the order. Then I had to go back and politeky ask if this was really the correct amount of fries for a large, have all the staff looking to each other not knowing the answer, and then act like me questioning this was taking food off of their table........They finally go to the manager for help, who then looks in my bag, mumbles something to the kid at the frier and hands him the bag to add some more fries. No apologies, no worry, no care from the staff or manager. By the stares from the staff, I am sure I was the latest topic of discussion when I left.
I won't be back to give you more of my money.

My wife and I tried Five Guys for the first time. We enjoyed scooping out some free peanuts for ourselves while we waited for our order to be ready. Burgers were delicious! Fries were excellent as well. A bit on the pricey side, but a superb meal!

My uncle always said, "people who eat at 5 guys have more dollars than sense." I have to agree, the prices are absolutely incredibly anti customer... This place would get 50x the business if they just had an honest price for their food. Having that said, it's really good. Too bad I have to wait until next crypto cycle to make enough money to buy lunch here again

Excellent burgers built to order! The preparation is professional, and the ingredients are high quality. I have always enjoyed these burgers. Excellent cajun fries made fresh to order. Seasoned perfectly and served hot. The fountain drink machine are top of the line for mixing flavors with all the top choices to mix.
