I’ve been coming here for a month or two. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Food is constantly good. Place is always clean and well kept. This is definitely my go to spot for a quick burger that’s not cooked in seed oils and the meat has no fillers or extra stuff. Fresh patties.

We ordered vanilla milkshakes via Uber Eats, and the 5 Guys staff gave our order to random people, who walked off with it. The Uber Eats drivers tried to resolve the issue with the 5 Guys team, but they refused to remake the order. This happened on July 30, 2025, between 1 pm and 2 pm.
Employees who make mistakes like this and refuse to fix them are unacceptable. Experiences like this show a complete lack of professionalism and respect for paying customers.

Foods awesome. But they got my order wrong and refused to fix it without a receipt. I dont keep all my food receipts, as you can imagine. And its BS because their burgers are EXPENSIVE. Management at this location is a joke.
