Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

My wife and I enjoyed a great meal Saturday night. We had a wonderful server and were well taken care of. We pretty much split everything (salad, steak, sides, etc.) Fun night.

Only negative was the side orde of corn that was overcooked. Otherwise the entire meal and service were great as usual.

Enjoyed a really nice meal and outstanding service. Michael R was awesome! He recommended the dry aged rib eye and it did not disappoint! We really appreciated the service he gave us. Thank you Michael!

My husband and I had an incredible Lobster Bisque. There were large pieces of lobster and one of the best we have ever had. I ordered sea bass and my husband ordered scallops. Both were fantastic! ( I know-order seafood at a steak house????) but they were great choices. It was my husband's birthday and they comped us a box of 4 truffles which was a perfect ending.

A5 Wagyu you finish cooking on hot stone was awesome. Olive oil “washed” martini excellent as well. Two things you don't see anywhere else.

We ended up sitting at a table in the bar and enjoying happy hour. Our server was excellent. Attentive and had a wonderful personality.

Service was friendly and efficient, although it did take longer than expected between appetizers and the mains arriving, despite the dining room being fairly empty. Not sure why the roasted mushroom side has been removed from the menu recently. So many potato options and only asparagus and Brussels sprouts as the next vegetables. I asked if I could get a single side of mushrooms, which I did - literally 4 or 5 little mushrooms. I didn't see the bill but can't imagine how much they charged for that paltry side. We made a suggestion to make dessert more appetizing-remove the calorie count! No one wants to see that. Spinach/orange accompaniment to the Chilean sea bass needs seasoning and the fish was slightly over cooked. Expected better tasting food.

Sat outside and had a marvelous meal. The server was fantastic and I'm so sad I can't remember his name, because...wow. It was his first night back from summer in Aspen. He was absolutely fantastic and made the whole thing great

Carter was our server! Amazing night. Food was outstanding, ambience perfect, and Carter was the best. Thank you for the great dinner.

Very solid high-end, chain steakhouse.

We had a variety of cocktails. Smoked old fashions, Manhattans, Blueberry Lemon Drops, and others. All were quite tasty and made well, but all were curiously heavy-handed on the sweetness (kind of a theme).

The food was very competently prepared. Steaks were nicely done and a couple of us had Sea Bass (really well prepared, but again the glaze was curiously sweet). Ironically, the one element of meal that wasn’t on the sweetness side was the carrot cake - which was perfect!

Service was precise and pleasant. Our server was on the ball, accommodating, and efficient throughout.

It was a good meal for sure. It ain’t Mastro’s on the steak front, but you won’t complain either. A very nice occasional indulgence.

It was very busy last night. But the service and our waiter was excellent as always! So we will be back again soon. :)

The d cor gives off such a warm and inviting feeling.

I was pleased with the service. The quality of food was good and the service. Well the atmosphere is good. I think this is the best option so far. I enjoyed my dinner.

We were there for a private wine dinner. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable! We do go several times during the year and always have great food and service.

Always live dining at Flemings. The atmosphere, service, food is great. Love the steak/lobster promotions that we has last night.
