The steak was cooked perfectly, but the ribeye had a grainy texture, and the flavor was OK but not great. I cooked a better, more flavorful ribeye at home a few days later.

It's pretty impressive to have 2 bad experiences back-to-back, especially when management is expecting you. We were invited back by the general manager after my last review from our Thanksgiving dinner here. He offered a generous credit so I decided why not, let's give it another go, that was a mistake.

I could go into detail about what makes this particular location such a disappointment, but that would take a while. It really just comes down to quality, consistency, and providing an experience that is consistent with the price.

This location is only consistent in 1 area from my experience, and that's dirty glasses. Even on our return visit we still received water glasses with food and lipstick on the rim. The real cherry on top however was ordering a ribeye medium rare and receiving a new york strip that was medium well. I was advised by the waiter it's called a "stripeye". I googled this, you should too, there's no such thing. It was tough and flavorless.

There are much better options at this price point, I suggest you explore those.

I will start that we went hoping for oysters and learned of the Noro outbreak from oysters when they told us they wouldn't serve them. So disappointed there but that was the end of the disappointment.

Our server Kori was absolutely amazing. She had great recommendations and made sure we were taken care of through our entire 2 hour dinner. She made great conversation and made the experience even more enjoyable.

I've been to several Flemings and the food has always been wonderful, no change there, but Kori was by far the best server I have had in a long time.

Kid-friendliness: They were nice.We had a little infant and we had to walk out a few times but no one seemed upset.

Show up for "Social Hour" (aka, " Happy Hour") at 5pm, stay in the bar area, and you'll have a wonderful meal and cocktails/wine that's not to expensive. Social Hour ends at 6pm.

Once upon a time there was a group of three going out for a nice steak dinner. All three looked forward to a scrumptious meal. They had a booked reservation and were seated immediately. 😁The three looked over the menu, then ordered cocktails. The first cocktail was amazing. The second cocktail was just right. However the third cocktail arrived with a plump, dead, fruit fly floating around in the glass. Taken aback, the three looked at each other, alerted the busy, yet friendly, waiter about the problem. He rushed out a new bug free cocktail. ☺️ The three tried to forget about the incident and shared a small loaf of bread with pumpkin butter. Yummy. After a bit, the three each ordered a glass of red wine. Sadly they were told that the wine was sold out. 😔 However the nice, yet friendly, waiter scurried around the restaurant and found a previously opened bottle and served them right away. 😊 Dinner arrived and looked tantalizing. The first filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The second filet was a bit cold. The third filet was completely raw. They sent it back for further cooking. The returned steak was cooked correctly yet a bit blackened. The three slowly finished their steaks and ordered dessert. The first, second and third desserts were all scrumptious. However as the three each finished their glasses of wine, one noticed something strange in their mouth. The bottom of their wine glass had numerous tiny, medium and large black chunks in it. Possibly an old corked wine? They weren’t sure but felt sickened. The one spit out the contaminated bits, paid their bill, and vowed to never return again. They were somewhat relieved to have part of their meal comped for the numerous incidents. But alas, they will never return. Too many memory scarring incidents in one meal.

We went to flemings for restaurant week and the steaks are always excellent our side was wonderful. Drinks needed work and service was slow even though we went early before it got really busy. A bit disappointed. I know flemings can do better

Very sub par experience- my husband and I were excited to see this spot a part of restaurant week! We had placed our orders and received starters and drinks to have our server come back telling us that my husband's main dish was completely out of stock to which we had no idea/were never informed of so. The soup received was barely warm so only ate some of it as it quickly got cold. One of the dessert options was tiny. The cheesecake had an odd taste to it I could not stomach. First time at this location and probably the last- had only been going to the Scottsdale location which has always been our go to. Lesson learned to stick with what you know!

We've been regular customers at this location, but unfortunately, this visit left us very disappointed. Our server, Cameron, was unfriendly, especially when two of our group chose not to order alcohol. To make matters worse, there was a significant delay in the kitchen—while three steaks arrived promptly, we had to wait over three minutes for the fish. By the time it came, the steaks were already cooling and no longer enjoyable. Sadly, we won't be returning to this location.

I normally give this location 5 stars but they just weren't up to par this visit. In all fairness, it was Restaurant week and a weekend, however, knowing you will be busy should allow management to plan accordingly. And they were very busy. The waiters were all stacked up in the kitchen area awaiting their order (you could see this from where we were sitting) There was a long wait between salads and entree. And two of the steaks were served cold. This is not our normal experience and may have been a fluke due to being so busy, but as I said, that should have been expected.
