Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Excellent service and a great overall experience. Pricey tab, but expected for a steak house.

We loved our date night at Fleming's Steakhouse Scottsdale last night! The food was amazing, the cocktails were spot on, and our server was phenomenal — seriously one of the best I've ever had (and I used to serve tables myself!). Great service, great drinks, great food... We will definitely be back!

Food is easy, perfecting the dining experience is harder, and Fleming's shone. The experience was above and beyond. Amuse-bouche was outstanding. Signature martini good. Caesar salad OK. Mains: steak and short ribs excellent, but steak a hair underdone (but they comped dessert to make up for it). Cheesecake outstanding. Signature dessert cocktail outstanding. And every single person involved, from the bread person to the manager, was as good as we have ever experienced.

We celebrated our 21st Anniversary today!! It was our first time at Fleming’s and it was delicious and our service was top notch!! Thank you to our server Michael Q., he was fabulous!!! Thank you for making our night special!!!

My specific server was very attentive, however, the other servers that were assisting seemed to need some training. The server who brought my salad and asked if I wanted pepper ended up grinding more pepper on my clothing and my lap then he ground on my salad. He was not paying attention to what he was doing. My steak was unevenly cooked, with half of it overcooked by at least one to two temperature levels and I was unable to eat it. My salad has several pieces of lettuce that were brown-edged and inedible. The odd thing was when I got home, whoever packed up the leftovers from the baked potato packed the condiments right in the ceramic dishes that they came in instead of moving them into take away packaging. Just bizarre. The music on the patio was so loud that I had to ask the server to turn it down because we were having difficulty hearing each other over it (which he very kindly did). Overall, a disappointingly low quality meal at a high-end price tag.

Consistent as always at this steakhouse spot. Enjoyed the “small” seafood tower that seemed huge! The filet and ribeye were cooked to perfection. Our server, Christopher made our evening out feel very special, welcoming.

The bread served with meals is always fresh and warm.

We were celebrating an Anniversary. Everyone was awesome in making our evening special. Our table had a few decorations. We started with a nice bottle of Cabernet and the Fleming salad (wonderful), then had the Australian Wagyu steak, highly recommend, and loaded baked potato. Everything was delicious. They brought us a beautiful in house dessert with a written message on the plate. We had a fantastic time.

Our waitress was top notch! Price is high but food is the best you will find in Scottsdale! Not noisy but kind of a boring eating area! Booths are secluded! Will return!

The iced tea was refreshing.

We celebrated my fiancée, Jordan’s birthday here and WOW. From the moment we walked in, Conrad made us feel like royalty! We had the pleasure of having Mike Q as our waiter and his suggestions on what to order did not steer me wrong ONCE! They were both so kind and truly a pleasure to spend such a great birthday with. We will absolutely be back.

Service was great but food was like going to just a regular old restaurant. Steak was dry and salmon was chewy.
