Never got to eat after two hours of waiting. Horrible service and won't return. We made our concerns known and the manager never came by so we left without any food. Don't waste your time or money.

I am generally hesitant to write negative reviews. As a fellow business owner, I understand how both positive and negative reviews can influence a potential customer's decision, and I try to be thoughtful when sharing feedback. I also recognize that anyone can have an off night and believe in giving grace where it is due. That said, if this were my establishment, I would want to know if this type of experience was occurring. Maybe we caught the restaurant and or our server on an off evening. Maybe both.... However, we spent nearly two hours trying to have dinner. Our server was mostly nonexistent. We would have gladly ordered additional drinks and desserts, etc...but that requires a server to take and place those orders. The risotto was quite good, though the pork chop came out dry. At that point, after sitting for close to two hours, we ate quickly and left. On a positive note, the hostess was fantastic and very welcoming/funny, and the valet was extremely personable and set a great tone when we arrived. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the views were absolutely stunning. If the back of house was short staffed, or dealing with challenges, or whatever it be, it would have been helpful to know that upfront. No problem, we'll drink more! Communication goes a long way. I truly hope this was just an off night, because there are clearly strong people on the front end, and with the setting and atmosphere, this restaurant had the potential to be a great experience. I would absolutely be willing to give it another try the next time I am back in town, and if that experience reflects what this place is capable of, I would be more than happy to revisit and significantly revise or remove this review.

Everything was great except they couldn't do separate checks and not even split the bill on two separate credit cards. They blamed it on “their system “. How can a high end hotel have such a poor system? Weird!

I'm in town just to get away from the cold and snowy NJ weather. I flew in early this morning so I wanted to stay as close to my hotel as possible. Cielo was offering a prefix Christmas menu and I chose their bisque and prime rib. Overall I was severely disappointed for the $150 price. The bisque was tasty but cold. I asked my waitress if it was supposed to be served this way and she didn't think so. The manager offered to buy me a drink as compensation. The prime rib came out and looked amazing but it was inconsistent. And it was also fairly cool, barely warm. Some bites had flavor while others none. The staff are the saving grace and they were all very cordial, polite, and attentive. No helicopter service staff here. All in all I would not opt for this experience again. I'm not even sure I would opt for the normal dishes given how expensive they are and the mixed experience I've had so far. The restaurant was not terribly busy so I can't imagine why I had this kind of experience. It's a shame really because the staff deserves more recognition than the food allows for them to receive.

We had been looking forward to dining at your restaurant during our road trip, as we specifically chose this hotel to celebrate our child's birthday in a special way. When making the reservation, we mentioned in advance that it was a birthday celebration for our little one, hoping for a small gesture — perhaps a simple "Happy Birthday" from the staff, a candle on the dessert, or any warm acknowledgment that would make the evening memorable for our family. The food was enjoyable, and the service throughout the meal was polite, but unfortunately, no one mentioned the birthday at all. Our child was excited, waiting for that moment of surprise and joy, but it never came. Only after the kids had finished their desserts and stepped away from the table did we quietly ask the staff why it had been overlooked. The response was that there had been "a misunderstanding with the kitchen." It was disappointing, especially since we had planned this stop around the occasion and shared the details ahead of time. A small touch of attention would have meant the world to our child and turned a good dinner into a truly heartfelt memory. We hope this feedback helps ensure future celebrations receive the care they deserve. Thank you for an otherwise pleasant meal.

Beautiful ambiance and great customer service. Although the menu had limited options the food was well prepared. I would recommend this restaurant for a great place to stop prior to dinner for drinks, appetizers, and the views. Awesome place for couples to have casual conversation.

Location of the restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The staff need to be more professional. Food quality is not up to par. Resort should have better food selection and better quality food, ordered a chicken sandwich It was very chewy. Could not eat. ordered a petite filet mignon medium well it arrived medium rare we send it back and it came the same way

Views were gorgeous. Brunch menu had so many yummy and different options. We had the benedict, harvest hash and breakfast quesadilla. They looked so yummy I got a late picture. Only gave service a 4 because it wasn't too busy and food took quite a while to come out nothing against service staff.. They were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely try again next time I'm in town.. You should too

Stunning resort and restaurant. Reserve a window table for incredible views. The two fish dishes we had were cooked and seasoned to perfection and the cast iron chicken was fantastic! Stay for star gazing on Friday nights when not cloudy 😎
