I highly recommend Flower Child for a casual dining option in Scottsdale. The food is healthy, but absolutely scrumptious. Note that it gets very busy during lunch time but they do a nice job of helping customers find seating and cleaning tables quickly in between guests. I had the chopped vegetable salad and I was so mad when I got full because I wanted to eat the whole thing! It is a little pricey depending on what you get, but it was comparable in cost to lunch in downtown...
This is a casual restaurant with great nutritious food that may have grains, vegetables, meat, noodles. It does not serve high calorie meat and potatoes comfort food. The atmosphere is somewhat loud with a din. It may be ok for a business meeting for 2, but would not be conducive to business discussion for a group.
Their food is so good here but expect it to get packed during busier times such as lunch. They're very quick about take out and it's pretty easy to order and substitute items.
