This place. This chef!! OMGosh! I've gone to a few top restaurants in Phoenix/Scottsdale lately, some new, some old and I swear FnB is my favorite! Soooooo much flavor in everything we tried. The charred cauliflower was so amazing with peanuts and other spices as well as the brussel sprouts. I can't even explain the flavor of the brussel sprouts with curry, mint and coconut milk and cashews. No wonder they call the chef the "vegetable whisperer". It was literallly an explosion in your mouth! We also had chicken soup (not you Mom's chicken noodle soup) that was out of this world! It had rice, black grapes and dark chicken meat with some amazing spices and something that taste possibly like maple which is a phenomenal combination. Please try this place if you want one of the best meals in Arizona. Oh, did I mention that they have one of the most amazing wine lists including local wine from Los Milics Vineyards in Elgin, AZ? Go, run, book a reservation today. I promise you will not be disappointed! ?Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate dietary restrictions.

Very tasty meal. Lots of fresh veggies and tasty food. Friendly service but felt like there were a lot of moments where we needed someone and had to wait a while. Could have been where we were sitting. Anyway, the meal was solid. I’d recommend.

Outstanding food and experience. Great for vegetarians, prompt and friendly staff. We ordered three small dishes and one entree (the off-menu vegetarian option—delicious) for two people and all four dishes were excellent. We were sad we didn’t have room for dessert. It feels like you’re having a special meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff even noticed that our table was wobbling slightly and came to fix it—it was so minor we wouldn’t have said anything, but that shows you the level of attention to detail here!

After getting married at their vineyard, Los Milics, we decided to go to fnb for my birthday dinner. After a warm welcome from the staff we had Ita choose what we were eating and a wine pairing to go with it. What an amazing experience and meal. Everything was delicious from the roasted veg, to the fresh citrus, and the braised beef. Ita and Pavle are hands down the best hosts and run one of if not the most creative, fun, and comforting restaurants in Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. Stop by and have dinner and a glass of their wine. You won’t be disappointed.Vegetarian options: fnb supports local farmers and sources produce locally

Stopped in with no reservations on Valentines day. The man at the front door was still able to accommodate us and sat us at the last two seats at the bar. :)The bartender was so personable, answered 100 different questions for us & made really good drinks! The food— ermagerdddd the food. I can’t even choose the right words to describe this food. It’s like a bite of heaven in your mouth- every bite!100% worth the trip there and the money spent. Definitely going back here again!

The food was delicious. Service was attentive. I emailed the restaurant letting them know we would be celebrating my husband's birthday and they responded "we got this!" They blew it and didn't have a candle for the desert. I was disappointed especially because I mentioned we were celebrating his birthday when we sat down. Again, food was great.

It is wonderful to return to this iconic restaurant The menu has grown but remains fixated on locally raised produce Definitely plan ahead and make a reservation. This is very special restaurant

We walked in without a reservation and they accommodated us wonderfully. Friendly and helpful staff. Not that big of a fan of martinis usually but it was awesome here. Great food. Would want to come back often to try different menu offerings.

Service was great! Cocktails were great! Food was over priced for what it's was. I was surprised at $17 for empanadas that were mediocre and you only got 2 that were the size of 1/4 of a chicken breast

Let me start by saying that with most of my meals the thing remaining on my plate is usually the vegetable. That's the thing about FnB -- they somehow make veggies of all kinds enjoyable, in fact desirable! Of course, they do offer meat centric dishes as well, but these too are enhanced by the added plant-based flavors. My first course featured rutabaga. I admit I felt like I was taking a chance since this was something I don't ever remember eating. They served it with ginger creme fraiche and chives and all of a sudden I was considering converting to become a vegetarian. Next, I enjoyed a salad with oranges, cucumber, pickled red onion, mint and feta. What can I say -- it was delicious. My main course was "chicken paprikash", with a nicely spiced sauce, fingerling potatoes, dill and sour cream. Once again, the vegetables made this one of the tastiest chicken entrees I have ever eaten. We finished off with a butterscotch pudding which again was very enjoyable. Now let me mention the service. This is a small restaurant, and you feel like you are being welcomed into someone's home. Carla, our server, was actually a co-owner of the place. She mentioned that they also run a small winery and we might be interested in trying some Arizona wine. It was a great suggestion -- the wine was a perfect match with the flavorful entrees. She was very helpful in selecting our courses and shared some interesting information about the restaurant's talented chef and the real farm to table approach they follow. All in all this was a truly enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend it -- even if you also aren't a big vegetable fan. We will definitely be back.

Excellent. Great for all diets - including veg and plant based. Nice heat lamps for outdoor seating. Order the cauliflower and broccoli dishes. Lovely cocktails. Carla provided fabulous service.
