Best experience, wonderful service and amazing food! Already excited to go back, they make it very easy to participate as a gluten free person and our server added a lot of personality to the evening.
I have been to many Brazilian steakhouses and this is the only one I've ever left disappointed. Market sides were lacking (mostly garnishes/ relish items), and only 3 hot options. Meat was just okay. A lot of fatty cuts or way undercooked (Pichana). I like rare but that was mooing. We did do a deal but were told it meant missing out on quite a few choices. (Never had a B Steakhouse do that before!) Servers were fantastic but slid in water that we ended up paying $8 a bottle for, so expect to pay for your water whether it is sparkling or flat. I don't mind paying proper for a good experience and good food but this place is not worth the cost. I won't be back and will definitely NOT recommend this place!
Amazing time as Usual with the full experience! The mango habanero cocktail was delicious, and i specifically loved the Lamb! Can't recommend this restaurant enough.
We had great service from Emma & Matt. What a great variety of meats to try! And the fruit & salad bar was excellent!
Great atmosphere for a large family celebration! Attentive waitstaff. Fantastic variety of food, something for everyone1
They seated the 2 of us towards the very back. The problem was that when they would bring the meats out they would either ignore me or run out of what was in on current skewer. Later I did mention that to our server, so he asked me what kind of meats I would like, and then they did bring some over. So that was nice. Also, they would tell me they were getting me a refill of my iced tea, but it seemed like they forgot because it would take a long time and I could see them doing other things. I very much enjoy the food there. But next time I will ask to sit a little closer to the front.
Overall it was a great experience, thank you to the staff for making it a very special night.
First time there and was disappointed. Appears that you were short staffed. How to ask multiple times for drink refills, for the gauchos to come around with the meat, for sides and even for our bill. For all that money I would have expected better service
I love their salad bar and brought all my girlfriends there for my birthday. They all loved it.
High quality meats! Very satisfying however, if you're looking for a place to enhance the occasion, this is not it. Too many tables jammed into the venue making it hard to get around and it gives a rushed and overcrowded atmosphere for the servers to get to each individual at the table. Conversation is tough due to the volume of the music, amount of people, and chaotic atmosphere, you can barely hear the person across from you at the same table, yelling is a much in order to understand each other. So if you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself, think again but the food is fantastic!

Poor experience at this time. Was not served almost at all and had to ask the waiter to tell servers to stop by my table so I could eat some meat. Even asking, I was not served many of the meats which make the churrasco experience good. I will not go back to this restaurant again since there are many others around the region with better services.
Our experience was awesome! We went to Fogo de Chão to celebrate my son's 17th birthday! Excellent service from Minerva and every person we interacted with was friendly and personable! Food was exceptional. A little expensive but worth the price for the food quality and the memories! Thank you!
This is the third Brazilian restaurant we have visited in the Phoenix area, and it is undoubtedly the most expensive, but not the most enjoyable. For two individuals, including one soda and one adult beverage, the total cost was nearly $200. The restaurant is excessively noisy, the seating is worn and damaged, and the drapes are filthy, covered in food stains and other unsavory residues. We ordered a Mojito, as we were informed that it was a full-service bar, and a Diet Coke. The “Mojito” consisted solely of a shot of Tito's vodka mixed with lime juice and ice. A Mojito is a rum-based beverage. The food was mediocre, lacking any exceptional or noteworthy qualities. Most of the servers ignored us, and we had to repeatedly call out to them to attend to our table. The salad bar was satisfactory, but the hot options, which consisted of two choices, were disappointing. One option was a bean dish served with rice, while the other was a lentil soup that was excessively salty. We had traveled approximately 60 miles to dine there, and to be honest, it was a disappointing experience.
It was a great experience and my husband and I enjoyed our evening! However the quality of the food and price we didn't feel correlated. Service was amazing though!
Meat selection was not great. Everything was very rare. Did not get the side, mashed potatoes and bananas until after we had already finished eating the staff seemed very new and didn't know most of the questions we were asking probably would not come back here.
