This was the best Fogo experience we have had. Eddie the manager was fabulous and the staff was very attentive. At first they seated us at a table where it was chaos all around. They moved us to a much more relaxed seating. They checked on us and got us the meat we love. People on the staff were great. We have been here before and the service and food have gotten better than all the Fogo’s we have been to.

A Truly Special Birthday Dining Experience!

I enjoyed an absolutely fantastic birthday dinner here, and the entire experience was top-notch. From the moment we walked in, all the Staff were incredibly pleasant and professional, setting a wonderful tone for the evening.

We were clearly informed of the menu, which was very helpful. A particular highlight was the lively and engaging service; it was fun to be attended to by several different team members who brought our food and checked up on us. It created a warm and energetic atmosphere.

Now, for the food—it was exceptional! We very much enjoyed ourselves, with the clear favorites being the perfectly cooked Lamb Chop and the flavorful Crab Cake. I highly recommend both. A word of advice: be sure to bring your appetite, as you won't want to miss a thing.

To top it all off, the complementary birthday desserts were a delightful surprise. The molten lava cake and the cheesecake were both absolutely amazing. A huge thank you to my brother Monty for treating me, and to the entire team for making my celebration so memorable. A five-star experience all around!

This place is a joke i am a regular customer for years I been coming here but since yesterday this is going to be my last time in I request top sirloin and they took me another piece of meat saying that it was top sirloin when I say it’s a joke is because they tried to trick me by taking me another piece off meat I always eat top sirloin I know how it looks and I know what it taste like also I don’t think you’re corporate knows that you guys don’t have meat to serve because the only thing that came to my table was chicken and sausage I also asked for my favorite side dish that was the polenta and my server told me I am sorry but we don’t have polenta really what in the world is going on with this place is not worth the time and money if I want to eat chicken why not just go get some wings stop this place needs new corporate or better management so far my favorite restaurant is going to be Rodizio in Scottsdale

I went on oct.2 ,2025, even though the waiters were very helpful, customer service oriented,the pass of the food was extremely slow,like waiting for you to ask so they can start cooking it.our waiter was more worried about our drinks that our food.

The newly remodeled Fogo de Chão in Scottsdale is absolutely stunning. With each visit, the service continues to impress—and this time was no exception. Eddie went above and beyond, making us feel like we were dining at a world-renowned establishment. It wasn’t just about doing his job—he truly cared about ensuring we had an exceptional experience.

The meat service was prompt, and every cut was cooked to perfection. What really stood out was the energy of the entire staff—they genuinely looked happy to be there, and that positivity created an even more welcoming atmosphere.

Having visited over 20 Fogo locations across the country, I can confidently say that Scottsdale remains at the top of my list. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience.

We had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chão! Our gaucho, Brian G., was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure we got all our favorite cuts just the way we liked them. Shirley, our waitress, was equally wonderful, keeping our drinks full and checking in often with a smile. Excellent service all around—can’t wait to come back! We were so happy to pick this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary!!!

This national chain tops the other national chain Brazilian steakhouses because of its consistency. Consistently good service and premium cuts of meat. This Scottsdale location is no different. The food is always great. The service can be slow at times, but most days they do a good job. I prefer weekday lunch to avoid the crowds.

Fogo de Chão has always been one of my favorite dining spots, but unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the Scottsdale, AZ location. From the moment we walked in, the service was disappointing. I had to look for a server myself, and when my rolls finally arrived, they were old and hard.

I ordered The Bone, which came out dry and overcooked, and my chicken sliders were cold with hard bread. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that they couldn’t adjust the temperature of The Bone. The manager’s response was unhelpful and dismissive, which made the situation worse.

Overall, this visit was very disappointing and far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Fogo de Chão.

We really enjoy Fogo in Scottsdale! Consistent food with exceptional service! Also love the new addition and the bar.

It had the ambiance of a cafeteria. The food was OK, but there wasn't much of a selection of meats. There wasn't a true waiting area, so people were standing in the dining area waiting be seated. We waited for a long time for the gauchos to bring the meat, and then it was hit-and-miss. We've been to Brazilian Steakhouses before and felt that this was no where near the quality of any other we've been to.
