The food at this place is for the most part ok, but after the experience we had last time we dined in we decided to never come back. The staff in the kitchen deliver ok food, but their wait staff (especially this brunette blue eyed waitress) are RUDE. The waitress we had (the young woman I described) was completley unattentive since we walked in, she made us feel she was upset we were there. After a while my mother in law (an older lady) spilled some water on the table and the waitress didn’t even offer to wipe the table, she came over visibly upset and threw a couple of towels for us to clean, which we did. We were also in need of napkins and some parmesan cheese, my husband had to go and get it himself because she would never come and check. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience dinning in, so unless you use the drive thru, don’t go unless you want to feel like a pest to them.

Forno 301 is a weird one for me. I like it when a restaurant features a concise menu; in theory this means they put out higher quality food compared to when they try to do it all, you know what I mean? Salads, pastas, paninis, and pizzas. Keep it simple. Love it.I ordered the Forno 301 pizza, and to be honest, it didn’t knock my socks off. The center was completely soggy, but the rest of the crust was nice and crispy. The sauce was good and seasoned nicely, but the onion, mushroom, and sausage combo ended up being rather boring. Parmesan cheese was not offered for the pizzas or the pastas, and didn’t seem to be available, which felt like a letdown. I tried their gnocchi and I was less than impressed with the undersalted pesto. The bruschetta appetizer was the saddest looking bruschetta I’ve ever seen and not at all worthy of the price tag.As for the restaurant itself, it was loud, dark, and laid out in a very strange way. I guess that’s what you get when you buy an old fast food restaurant and cut corners on the renovation. The staff were friendly, but their archaic pen and paper ticketing system meant it was a pain to split our bill at the end of dinner. With the vast number of quality Italian restaurants across the valley, competition is stiff, and Forno 301 feels like a half-baked operation that left me wanting more.

Stopped here on the recommendation of our rental property owner and were happy we did. My partner (an Italian whose mom served pasta 3-4 times a week) had the Cavatelli with Bolognese sauce and wanted to lick the plate. I had Fettucini Alfredo that was one of the best I have had. The pour on the Chanti was generous and tasty. So glad we went.Parking: on the side

Oooof. This was not a great experience. Based off the good reviews, we were expecting so much more. We should have known after seeing it also had drive thru, it would be lacking quality. We ordered the bruschetta, salad and two pastas. The salad was great but the bruschetta was super underwhelming. The pastas were the most disappointing and we realized right after receiving them that we should’ve just stuck with the salad - the carbonara tasted like dirty dish water and lacked any substance. The ravioli was a bit better than the carbonara but was also lacking something. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Currently my favorite pizza in Scottsdale. Amazing flavors, great crust, and a great spot with indoor and outdoor options. Also has an outdoor drive-thru for picking up to-go orders.

Must have been an off night. The panini's onions were not caramelized, the bread was soggy, the sausage was bland. The fire roasted cauliflower didn't have any fire roasted flavor. The pizza was good, but the center was very soggy.

Pizza was perfectly cooked, crust was crispy but dough soft and toppings are flavorful. Service was quick cause not too many people. This location even has a drive through if you want to take out instead!

We really enjoyed this place and it was our first time there. The pizza was very good delicious crust and the salad was excellent. Very nice ambience and the waitress was wonderful. I'd go there again and think it's the best pizza around in Scottsdale at this point.o
