We went to Franco's for a large group gathering, and the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate within their small, intimate space. Unfortunately we were about 30 people deep, and the staff were a bit overwhelmed so service was super slow. We were the first in and the very last to be served hours later. The food was traditional Italian, with homemade pasta and bright sauces across the variety of dishes that we ordered. Decent food, nice staff, but Scottsdale overpriced...
Derrick and his team were amazing and very attentive this evening.
He was very knowledgeable about the menu and his small gestures went a long way for it being our first time.
Food was great- pricier than avg however quality makes up for it. (Stay over at Olive Garden if you're one of those)
We will definitely be back- thank you once again for the great experience.

I visited Franco's Italian Caffe in Scottsdale after seeing its strong reviews, but the experience didn’t quite match the expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a rather disengaged and unenthusiastic host. While we chose to overlook that, the service continued to feel underwhelming.
Our waiter was polite and helpful with the menu, even accommodating off-menu requests for our kids—which we truly appreciated. However, he lacked warmth...
