I actually cheer for Salad-and-Go because I love the idea of healthy food on the cheap—but let’s be honest: sometimes the quality just isn’t there. Ever had one of those weirdly pale tomatoes? Yeah. That.
At FreshBox, the difference is obvious right away. The ingredients are actually good. The tomatoes taste like tomatoes. The pickled onions are perfect. The mushrooms are flavorful, not soggy. And the dressings? Total game-changer. With Salad-and-Go, I usually end up ditching their dressing and using something from my fridge. But here? I could drink the dressing—seriously.
And yes, the price is higher. But that’s because it’s better on purpose. You're getting real ingredients, made by real people who care about what they’re serving you.
Bonus: you’re not stuck yelling your order at a drive-thru speaker. You actually get to chat with someone who understands what you want and makes it just right.
TL;DR: If you want quality and care, FreshBox is worth the upgrade.

Good luck getting served! I stood in line for 16 minutes no one acknowledged me, I asked if someone could take my order, the girl she was the only one there, when there were two girls in the back… This not the first time this has happened it’s actually very consistent. The service is the absolute worst I will never go back.

Absolutely amazing place! Probably one of the best salads and smoothies I had, even though im not much of a salad person. I got the cobb salad with creamy avacado dressing. Check it out!

Food is bland and tasteless. Doesn't taste fresh at all. Ordered a wrap and it immediately fell apart once I opened it. The restroom was also gross and needed to be cleaned, I've seen cleaner restrooms in gas stations. Not worth the price.

I love this fine establishment and it never failed to please me, until today. You see, I have gotten many açaí bowls from this place. It has always met my standards, that is until it has started to not be sufficient. Recently, the açaí has been limited, about only half an inch for the whole bowl, and it had been missing products. Not to mention, the granola weight is overbearing, and my bowl, along with 2 others, took up to 30 minutes to come out. I think I almost broke a tooth on a frozen raisin in the bowl. Other than this, I love this restaurant and will hopefully continue going.

Hello. I got an açaí bowl today and it is very good but there wasn’t even an inch of açaí at the bottom. There was pounds of granola on the small layer at the bottom and on top of that it took over 20 minutes. I hope you could teach your employees to be less stingy with their açaí.

Hello. I got an acai bowl from here, and it’s good. However, the amount of acai I recieved was scarce. The acai was about half an inch thick and the granola was overbearing. Not only that, but I waited for 20 minutes just to receive my bowl. This is not ideal for a 4.4 star establishment.

I’ve given Fresh Box 2 tries, I have been extremely disappointed both times. The first time I got an açaí bowl and the granola was rock solid. The second time I went I got a quesadilla it was disgusting. The cheese was not barely cooked which made it very gross and it had barely any chicken. It is not worth the money at all. I would not recommend. I tried to reach out after my first experience with the açaí bowl before I leave a review but got no response.
Fantastic salads! Great portions, lots ofOptions, salad dressings well seasoned, nice location, pleasant staff/friendly, clean, reasonable prices….this is def a place will start going to weekly. Super healthy as well.

So for those who says the food is tasteless…the issue with you lot is that your tongue is too used to over processed foods with high sugar and salts and unhealthy ingredients that gives you a high and have you thinking it’s the best food on the planet. ?I personally like this place I consider it a gem. It’s Way better than Salad and Go! ?The spicy chicken soup is my all time fav!It’s a bit pricey yes but worth it because I like the fact that they use a more healthy alternative to their ingredients and it’s in Scottsdale where all the rich people live so idk why is there negative feed back on price being too high ?Otherwise Customer service was great, place is clean and organized, the best part is that the food is not cross contaminated like most salad bar places in AZ
