Overall, a great little spot here in Kierland Commons.

This visit we went for some of the gelato. My wife and I each did the 2 scoop cup to then share. It was a lot! We probably could have just split a 3 scoop. Anyway, we tried the cookies-n-cream, strawberry, chocolate, and cheesecake. All of them were delicious. My favorite was the cheesecake though. I usually like cookies-n-cream but the gelato is more chocolate than the ice cream version.

Frost does have a lot of flavors. I'd highly recommend you sample a few when you stop in.

Should you choose to visit, I hope you enjoy one of their many flavors!

Kate was so kind to us!!! Stopped in randomly. Best mint chocolate chip gelato we’ve had!!! Best treat on a hot summer day! Looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors!! Thank you Kate!!!!

Good ice cream

Purchased two gelatos here. First of all we came here because we had seen them at a wedding event and wanted to know more information but the girls weren’t friendly and very unhelpful. We probably should have left but we got two gelatos. The my friend got salted caramel, I got the dark cherry.
Well she bit down on something and hurt herself and spit out 3 pieces of plastic that was in her gelato. By that time we had already left so I called the shop to let the girls know and they didn’t know how that could have happened but didn’t offer a refund just another scoop.
Not coming back and definitely not using them for the event.

Ice cream (or gelato) was ok. Nothing special about it but a good cold dessert that I would come for again.

My low star review is because of the bad service, or lack thereof! My wife, two kids, and I were here a few minutes before making this review. We were served by a boy and a girl who seem to be either highschool students or freshmen at college. They need a ton of education on customer service. The boy specifically was making comments (and he and the girl were having a good laugh) after every question we asked! If they were not that age, I would have taken care of the situation well. I decided not to because of their age. I doubt every customer who would be faced with such bad manners from the staff here, would respond the same way!

I urge the owner to take care of this by teaching their staff some manners and some basics on customer service!

Great dessert and reasonably priced. The dishes for gelato might seem small but you'll get satisfied from the richness of it all.

My personal favorite flavor is their lotus cookie. Haven't found another gelato that tops it.

There is limited seating so I find it best to take it and eat while walking around the area.

Ok gelato , feels greasy. Service is very bad and improper handling of ice cream.

There are many types of ice cream, and there are clear sugar and calorie labels. It is an ice cream shop that many young girls like. The chocolate is really delicious!And you can ask the staff to provide tastings and choose the flavor before purchasing. The service is great!
