This place is delicious! Huge variety of flavors! Several diabetic options with no sugar added. You can choose a cup or a waffle cone. Seating available inside and out. Highly recommended!

STALE waffle cone, poor and disappointing service, treated like a criminal when i try to take the ice scream she pulled back and did not give me the ice scream until my payment was not processed very disrespectful and discriminatory.

Great place for dessert on a balmy day. We enjoyed the lavender honey and chocolate caramel.

Frost Gelato totally stole the show on our trip! We got the peanut caramel flavor and it was seriously next level — super creamy, perfectly sweet, with those rich peanut and caramel swirls in every bite. It was so good, we ended up going back multiple times because we just couldn’t get enough! The vibe inside was bright and chill too, making it a great little spot to cool off and treat yourself. Definitely a must-visit if you’re anywhere nearby!

What a great discovery this was! The Gelato was awesome - so good we came again the next night! Service was top notch too! Quick, thoughtful, engaging and fun! Don’t miss out on some great Gelato - with soooo many flavors to choose from!

FROST Gelato – Kirkland Scottsdale

We stopped by FROST Gelato in the Kirkland area of Scottsdale and tried four flavors—chocolate, lemon, bubblegum, and pistachio—and honestly, they were all great.

The chocolate was super smooth and rich, with a deep cocoa flavor that wasn’t too sweet. If you love chocolate, this one won’t disappoint.

The lemon was light, bright, and refreshing—perfect if you want something citrusy and not too heavy. It had just the right balance of tart and sweet.

The bubblegum was fun and exactly what you’d expect—sweet, nostalgic, and a hit if you’re into that classic candy flavor.

The pistachio was one of the best we’ve had. Creamy and packed with real pistachio flavor, not that fake nutty taste you sometimes get elsewhere.

All of the gelato had a super creamy texture, and you can tell they care about quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, happy to let us try samples and patient while we decided.

Great spot if you’re in the area and want a sweet treat—definitely worth a visit.

My family absolutely loves Frost! Every time we visit family in AZ, we make sure to find time to get some of their gelato. I only wish they had a branch near us in MN! Amazing gelato and the staff are wonderful.

HUGE ice cream fan here......so if you’re looking for amazing gelato, FROST in Kierland Commons is the place to go! We stopped in and were seriously impressed—not just with the gelato, but with the whole experience.
First off, the staff was awesome. Super friendly, patient, and more than happy to let us sample different flavors before deciding. It’s always nice when employees actually seem to enjoy their job, and you could tell they did. They made the experience even better.

Now, let’s talk about the gelato……absolutely incredible. Every flavor we tried was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients because the taste was next-level. It’s way smoother and more flavorful than regular ice cream. Whether you’re into classics like chocolate and vanilla or more unique flavors, they have something for everyone. One of us got the raspberry and it was amazing. Packed with actual fresh raspberries. One of us got one of the peanut caramel based flavors, can’t remember the name. But it was absolutely phenomenal.

The shop itself was clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to grab a sweet treat while walking around Kierland Commons.
If you’re anywhere near this area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Absolutely 5 stars all the way…can’t wait to come back!

There was a long black hair in the bubblegum gelato. I told the staff, all young kids. He pulled the hair and left the gelato. He did not remove the contaminated food and continues to serve others. Disgusting. I warned the people in line but they still wouldn’t remove it.

The gelato is amazingly good and the presentation in the case is equal to any gourmet restaurant

The long menu at the door is decorative only, lots of them are seasonal, don't get your hopes up unless you ask!

One note, all employees are 16-19 range, and if you have any questions you have to pull the answers out of em, no energy whatsoever, it's like she is just waiting to be done so she can go back to her phone! Wouldn't be a bad idea to train them better on customer service!
