Amazing cookie sandwich! Highly recommend!
Expensive but very yummy! My son's ice cream cookie sandwich had hard cookies so he had to eat the ice cream first then the cookies after they softened up a bit but the treats were sweet especially with the heat!
This is a cue place to grab a cold treat. Kids would love to pick the treats they want. The only downside is that this place is rather expensive.
Seriously the best ice cream sandwich I've ever had. Delicious cookies and the combination is just perfect! I get one every time I come to the Arizona Boardwalk.
The store itself is fine but it's way too expensive. 2 single scoops, one in a small waffle cone with sprinkles and the other in a cake cone, was $19. Insane. It should be half that price.
A nice spot to cool off at the Boardwalk.
Accessible entrance and accessible elevator to take you this second floor spot. They have seating outdoors and indoors.
Love the variety of flavors here- they even have the Superman flavor (which I don't see often in ice-cream stores). Great customer service too- got to try some samples before I decided.
The sizes here are also quite generous. I found the kid-sized cup to be quite filling! Ice cream was fresh and just the right amount of sweetness.
For $10 one scoop ice creams, you could fix the cracking chairs/tables outside and place some fan misters.
Fun place to try. They had great flavors of ice cream. Cookies were soft and chewy too. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Sandwich or cones are about $10 each. The portions are enough we could've shared and been happy.
Their coffee is really amazing! Would recommend
I ordered a kids superman (it was a scoop in a cup) and it came out to be a little over $8. I thought this was a bit much. It also wasn't too tasty but the 2 stars really comes down to the brownie hot fudge sundae I ordered. The brownie was thin and crispy, not like a brownie should be. Also, it was about a scoop of ice cream, maybe a bit more and the "hot fudge" was not hot at all. It was a cold fudge and he gave me like one pump. I ended up looking at it and asking if I could have a bit more fudge. He seemed a bit hesitant before saying okay but I was very surprised when I tasted it and the fudge was not hot fudge. It wasn't even the dark color that hot fudge usually has either. It was extremely disappointing. I would not go again and I would not recommend it.

This takes the classic ice cream sandwich to a whole new level! The ice cream is rich and creamy and perfectly complemented by the melt in your mouth cookies. If you don’t love these it might be time to have your taste buds checked! These are pure perfection! 😋

If you are looking for a great company to cater a company event, don't miss out on Frozen Penguin! Their customer service is just as amazing as their ice cream sandwiches! I've had them cater events for my current employer and my last employer as well. Everyone loves when they come on site!! This has become one of our favorite summer traditions!

We just rolled through here to satisfy our young kid... $16 for a dippin dots and smallest ice cream? Felt like theft, I didn't really even know until they want your card. Greedy!

Says open online, both doors locked at 11am on a weekday.. even weirder was an employee was inside but didn’t even acknowledge me. Weird spot.

This place is extremely overpriced which wouldn't be a big deal but the worker plunked an ice cream scoop directly on top of a child cone and refused to fill it correctly or push it in. Even when i asked nicely. For $7+ for a measly child cone i dont expect a literal empty cone with a tiny scoop sitting on top to fall at any incorrect tilt. Disgusting. I cannot believe how money grubbing and rude the manager/worker at this location is
