I ordered from DoorDash and ordered chips. They don’t give you the option for salsa so I obviously thought they’d send salsa with chips. My bad. No salsa with anything apparently. Why would a Mexican restaurant not give you salsa? Or cheese on the bean dip? Disappointing.

I ordered Spinach Enchiladas for lunch...what a disgusting disappointment! They weren't spinach enchiladas, they were cheese enchiladas and they added a little bit of spinach! I don't like cheese enchiladas and they were very heavily filled with unmelted cheese. I ate one hoping the other was better and it wasn't and I didn't eat it, or 3/4 of the rice or corn. The server was very rude and did nothing, and only said I should have told her sooner... I would have had she ever came back to our table! Mind you, there was only 1 or 2 other tables in the restaurant! I asked for the manager and that person did nothing for me either. I will never return! Which is too bad because I always liked this place.

The place was not busy and the service is slower than a turtle. Took 10 min to have a server come to our table to order drinks. Our server was too busy keeping her kids from running all over the restaurant. Very inappropriate, annoying and unprofessional to have your kids at a restaurant, running all over and being a distraction. Will not come back. The Gilbert location is better.

Great Mexican restaurant! Had Seafood Grande-it was delicious! My husband had the Tampiquena. The asada was tender and great flavor! Great portions! Desert was wonderful! Churros and fried ice cream. Staff was very friendly and robot was a surprise! Will be back.

Seated right away, however you could see that you're short staffed and the greeters, the waitresses and possibly the cooks are overworked and it surely shows. Not that it's the publics business to knw wht ur lacking in certain areas but the atmosphere was hardened and definitely stale. Had to remind them of different things that were going on.

We stayed at 3 Palms next door and noticed the Gecko Grill in the same lot. We weren't planning to eat there but really glad we did. The place is really clean and nice. The Grande Burrito was delicious and the tortilla soup outstanding. They even had Bing's Bobba Tea next to them for your sweet tooth. Dinner was a very good experience. When I'm in town I will definitely keep Gecko Grill in mind when I think great Mexican Food.
