I love shopping with Gluten Free Creations Bakery, especially the herb bread and pizza crust! You've really figured out how to have robust gluten free baked goods that are flavorful - and even vegan options! It was such a treat the first time I came in and could have a cinnamon roll! Hadn't had one in years! And last fall, it was especially wonderful to get a cherry pie at Thanksgiving. We stopped in for a quick breakfast and were surprised by all the options available. They don’t use preservatives, so many of their offerings are frozen, but they were kind enough to warm up sandwiches. OMG when I tell you the biscuit was delicious! ? Unfortunately this business is a mere shadow of its former self. Pre COVID it stood alone in the gluten free marketplace with a fresh bakery, samples, sandwich menu, dine in tables, and robust business to business service. These days you will see an empty refrigerator case awaiting repair, bare shelves and only frozen items for sale. Best described as a stripped down strip mall ambiance.
