Great yogurt!! Rich and creamy. Lots of flavors to pick from. Good size per servings too. Staff is friendly and quick with service.

Forzen yogurt is in the 90’s… same with canola oil… so… fat free and full of chemicals is no longer cool… i wanted a cold brew DRINK… what is this??? 2 stars because mochi was wonderful… but yeah… let’s get some full fat custard filled with egg yolks. PLEASE… is your business not suffering lately??? Like baskin robins and Dairy Queen… chemical food is not cool any more. Thanks for coming to my ted talk. Looking forward to coming back to enjoy some frozen custard ❤️❤️❤️🤗😁

Just beware that you cannot serve your own yogurt/toppings. Also if you want to sample it’s .25 per sample, but free if you end up picking the flavor you sampled.

So far every Golden Spoon we've been to has been slightly different. This one was great, flavors were good, I miss the one in Mission Viejo, but this will do.

Every time we have been here they have always offered to put the mini in a regular cup for my kids if they are going to get toppings, because for a child it is easier to eat in a bigger cup. Today it was not offered so I asked the girl if she could do that. She told me that if they did I would have to pay extra. I told her in the past they always offered, she then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, and they have never done that. She then said rudely, “that has never been done, I know, because I work here.” That’s fine, I can pay extra for a bigger cup and a mini size yogurt, but I am not going to return to a place that’s disrespectful to their customers and lacks customer service.

We came in, we weren't allowed to try anything and we left.

Crappy flavor selection, no chocolate or vanilla, no more samples? The two ladies were just in a hurry to get home before closing and turned off the machines early. Such a disappointment!!

This is a note to the owner: your flavors are solid. The toppings are decent and plentiful. But you’re not really unique in any way to your competition. What sets you apart is a weakness. Not allowing your customer the opportunity to sample flavors. So why not give it a shot? You can even limit it! Why would I buy a full sized cup without knowing if the flavor is something I would enjoy? I love your peanut butter flavor but today I left because I wanted to try cinnamon bun and my mom didn’t think she would like sweet coconut. What’s funny is we both probably would have loved those flavors but we didn’t want to waste money on “probably” when we can go to Menchie’s and try ALL the flavors! We’re not in a pandemic anymore, just let us try a flavor or two or three.
