Overall, we love coming to this Golden Spoon. Only went with 4-stars instead of 5 because the price for what you get. There are some other frozen yogurt places nearby that give you more toppings and larger cups for similar price. That said, we love the variety of flavors here so it keeps us coming back!This time, we tried the Cake Batter and Old Fashioned Vanilla. Loved both of them! Cheesecake flavor is still our favorite but we haven’t seen that flavor in a while unfortunately.

This place is a bio hazard. Want some cockroach frozen yogurt? Cause I swear ours had body parts of one in it. I just about vomited. I called to complain and report this so they could perhaps stop giving people their new special flavor and just received a rude uh huh thank you and employee hung up.

We went in today and was very disappointed that they don’t do samples. I am gluten free and asked to try the cake batter which was the only option for me to make sure it wasn’t too sweet before ordering. I did not purchase it and decided to check their reviews only to find that they pick and choose who they give samples to. What terrible business practices. We will not be going back.

I recently stopped by to pick up some frozen yogurt and was told that they are no longer giving samples. What a huge disappointment to hear of this new store policy. My review reflects one star because of this new policy.

We went to Golden Spoon tonight. I asked for a sample of peppermint because I wanted to make sure it wasn't too strong. The girl waiting on us said there are no samples today. I thought I misheard her so I asked again. She explained that there are 2 bosses and one allows samples and one does not want to give samples. So she pointed to the area and said "see there are no sample cups" - it's a no sample day. Ok, weird, but we place our order. As we are eating in the car we watch other customers go in. And we see 2 different people getting samples of 2 different flavors (total of 4 samples). What? I thought it was a no sample day - if that is even a reasonable explanation or business practice. So my husband goes in to inquire and the girl then proceeds to explain "well it's a no sample for some customers, we can just alternate or pick and choose." Ok probably the strangest experience and a ridiculous business plan.

I will say the good thing is it's clean and the staff was friendly. The loss stars are due to the fact they no longer do samples. Not sure how a tiny bite of a flavor cuts into profits that's much. Some flavors are just not good in frozen yogurt form. Also the mini is $5 and it's tiny. If you want a topping it is a small amount that they try to stick to the side but after the first bite it falls off. Will go to yogurtini next time.

Here are a couple of things that keep me coming back:They reliably carry at least one no-sugar flavor, usually in fruit flavors. They're so good in flavor and texture. It's more hygienic; because fewer people touch the food. The sizes have fixed portions so no more leaning on the lever and tapping the container. There are no surprises on the (yogurt) scale, and it's . The owners and employees at mine are friendly and helpful, and will provide samples. Better than self-serve places. I'd like to know what my yogurt will cost.

I love this place one of my favorite frozen yogurt spots, I has been through 3 ownerships and I will say right now it’s one of the best between the flavors and how clean it is I love this place and it’s always my go to frozen yogurt!
