Where to begin…We walked into our first bar to be walked out by staff saying we needed to back up and check IDs…no one was at the door to begin with. We did walk back politely. My friend gave her ID to him and he denied her (34 years old) and the rest of the group immediately with no reason. We walked by again and he was still aggressive calling me a derogatory name.0/10 do not recommend

Jason, Brigitte & Nina are some of the best bartenders I ever had the pleasure of meeting! All three of them are SO personable and professional and provide amazing service. If I wasn't moving out of the country, I would definitely be back!

I paid for two drinks in which they already tipped themselves to a 20% gratuity without my authorization of course, however, on top of that, looking at my bank statement, they helped themselves to a 25 dollar additional tip on a 24 dollar tab making it total of 49 dollars.Luckily I've kept the receipt and reported them to the investigation team with the police.Shady business, they will soon be fined and charged with misrepresentation.

Came here on a mission for late night food. Was able to secure some shrimp tacos, and nachos. The nachos were insanely good, however the shrimp tacos were meh. The tortillas were soggy, and way too small. For bar food it should be easily edible -- these were sadly not easy to consume. The actual flavor profile was great though. Drinks were moderately pricey, but reasonable for scottsdale - and the service was a solid 4/5. Overall I wouldn't make my way here specifically but if it was on the docket for a night out, I'd gladly grab these nachos and just add the shrimp next time!

Great place with fabulous food and service but NOT tonight! The blond female bartender with huge lips was so engrossed in her bitch fest about her ex-boyfriend with my neighbor at the bar that she decided it was a huge inconvenience to do her job. Every time I asked for anything normal like the flavors of hard seltzer, she acted like it was way to "hard" to do and gave me some generic answer like "just variety pack." If I'm going to pay $12 for 1 drink, I would expect the courtesy of available flavors without a dramatic response from the bartender. Also sadly the chicken was overcooked in my favorite sandwich, and I lost my appetite from all the stress and fed it to my dog Zeke. I noticed another review from a customer who visited last month which sounded like it was also about her, so she's obviously ruining an otherwise fantastic bar experience for more people than me. If someone would rather talk about their boyfriend problems than take care of customers, I think they deserve the night off, because I am not getting paid to sit there and stress over her emotional issues. I have enough of my own, thank you!

Security was very professional and friendly as always but The Blonde Bartender on 12/31/23 with a Pearl accent bodysuit was very rude, loud and disrespectful when asking for a phone that was misplaced and turned in. Bartender got mad our voices were loud trying to get her attention. The music was extremely loud it’s almost funny she took offense instead of realizing we’re louder than normal because of the music. She kicked us out for assuming we were yelling at her when that wasn’t the case at all. We were simply trying to get her attention after she ignored us for a few minutes.spent a good amount that night and plenty nights before. Now me and friends will find a new home.Goodwood has been a staple for years and I am very disappointed in the service rendered on new years.Body guard was very rude to defend the bartender who was in the wrong from the beginning of the interaction. the bartender was the one who escalated the situation.
