Here we go again! We give it try again and this time we couldn’t even sit at the place! As you can see in the picture, we eat our pizza outside at the entrance to the restaurant with my guests . What a shame!
As you can see there is 6 and more tables are empty and we asked if we can just sit and eat , we don’t need them to serve us but they didn’t let us. Even they said in the comments give us another chance …. So don’t even waste your time on and money!!

We got the Xtra Pepperoni, white sauce and honey hot sauce. It had great flavor! We also did the three dessert sampler. All were delicious. Service was great and they got us seated right away! Would definitely go back!

I have eaten pizza in many places, and as a Jersey girl, NY was a traditional style. I have to admit, this is not high on my list. The sauce is just tomato. There is no salt, garlic, oregano, or other spices that present themselves. The crust is thin and also tastes like a basic mix. I have had wood-fired in Belgium and Italy. There is a pizzeria in my area that makes their own dough and sells out and sometimes sells out the next days portions. So, Scottsdale, come to VA and try Belissimos in Williamsburg.

Stopped by here after walking by and suddenly craving pizza. Had a pepperoni and jalapeño 12 inch pizza along with a garden salad. The food was great and ended up getting the salad for free by signing up for their app. It’s pricey though. It was $6 just to add jalapeños and pepperoni, and without the coupon for the salad, I’d have been looking at paying $40 for salad and pizza.
Service was a little slow but I’ve gotten used to that downtown.
All that said, I’d likely go to Grimaldi’s again but likely somewhere I’m not seeming to pay a 20% premium due to location

I needed a cauliflower crust. Pizza was great but a little over cooked as the edges were scored. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 on food too.

Very disappointing experience. I even sent the store a message on the app with NO response. This location is awful. Had great service at Kierland. The pizza was made ahead and just popped into the oven, ended up all dried out. The restroom was not working.

We love Grimaldis! Best service and soooo satisfying 🤤 my toddlers first time and ate a whole slice.

Parking: Plenty of parking on a Monday night.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs and cups with top & straw.

Disappointed with Rehearsal Dinner Experience

I’ve been a loyal customer of Grimaldi’s in Old Town Scottsdale for over 10 years, but my recent experience hosting my rehearsal dinner here was nothing short of a disaster. We reserved the private room from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and spent $1,189.48 for what turned out to be cold food, inattentive service, and a complete lack of professionalism.

Here’s what went wrong:
1. The food was cold and rushed out without giving us the opportunity to decide when it should be served, despite this being our private event.
2. The staff was unfriendly and unavailable throughout the evening, not providing the level of attention expected for a private event.
3. We were told sodas would be unlimited and free, with only alcohol being charged, but we were billed for sodas, which felt misleading.
4. The private bartender disappeared for 15 minutes, leaving guests waiting just for a soda.

This was supposed to be a special evening for my family and me, but it was overshadowed by poor service and mismanagement. For the cost of the event, the experience was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this location for private events.

I’ve always enjoyed Grimaldi’s in the past, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll return. It’s disappointing to see such a sharp decline in service standards.

Coming from Michigan was hoping for a decent pie while out in Arizona. That was not the case, the pizza was mediocre at best .we were seated on the patio .our server was terrible, never checked on us for drink or water refill .sorry for a bad review but wouldn't recommend your restaurant.

First time at Grimaldi’s and loved it. Grace was our server and did a phenomenal job answering all our questions. We ordered a traditional pizza with various toppings and it was fantastic. Great experience overall!
