Dined in with my fiancée and mother in law on a Thursday night, and while we’ve dined here before, this was the worst service and experience I’ve had at a Grimaldi’s. The pizza was good, but our server, Briana, barely checked on us, and when we submitted a to-go order at the end of our meal, we waited 30 minutes for the pizza and were completely ignored. I had to ask 2 different employees where our to-go pizza was, and as it turns out, our pizza had been done for a while but was placed in a warmer, and no one cared that we’d just been sitting waiting. Don’t come here for good service, super disappointing.

Noticeable drop in quality. Pizza is much thinner(using less dough?) which results in many more bubbles when pizza cooks. 1 slice was full bubble.

Very noticeable reduction of cheese on the pizzas, so much that kids complained about it on their pizza! noticed Parm cheese gone from all the tables?

Cutbacks everywhere, except the prices.

May have been our last time here. Like so many other places, quality drops, prices rise, doors close.

Came in with a group of 18 people when the restaurant was empty and got turned away because they did not want to accommodate a large group and there was about 10 people in the whole restaurant

It is with heavy heart that I say Grimaldi's has gone down hill completely. This used to be my favorite pizza place but after my last experience I will not be back. We were put in the waiting list and advised the wait would be 20 min. To our surprise they seated us in 9 mins. After being seated it took 20 mins to get our drinks and another 45 mins to get a pizza. The restaurant wasn't even full. It became clear that the service focus was no longer customers coming in but take out business. We watched nearly 30+ orders leave the kitchen and over 20 pickup orders while waiting. We even thought about calling in an order for faster service. When we addressed this with the server she said this was an ongoing problem. She just laughed...After our pizza arrived it was burnt on the bottom. Worst service experience and pizza I've had. Not sure about other locations but this was is terrible and I don't recommend to anyone

This place is bomb. Ordered a 24" calzone to go on a Saturday, ended up taking 20 minutes longer to prepare than what was expected but was worth it. It was super packed and was about an hour wait so you know it's a good spot when it's that popular. My calzone was cooked perfectly, ingredients were fresh, crust was delicious. Marinara had a great flavor. We also ordered the bruschetta with tasted super fresh and the bread was crispy. They have a full bar w a dim lit atmosphere. Staff was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

A group of nine people walked into Grimaldi’s at 8pm on a Saturday. We were told that the wait would be an hour if we wanted to sit together. That was no issue and we understood.

We then asked if we could sit at separate tables in a group of four and five. We were told they cannot accommodate us. No further explanation other than “we were too big of a party” and “the bartender said no”.

We ordered one pizza to go just to try the food and we were quoted 30 minutes. After we walked away, we called the restaurant and asked what the wait time was for a group of five. We were told there was no wait.

I’m sorry but that is terrible customer service and very lame. Why were we not allowed to sit separately? We went back after 25 minutes to pick up the pizza and it was only warm. So that quote time was a flop.

Not a great first experience for a group that was excited to try the restaurant.

I didn’t want to do this but it was too disappointing. I ordered pickup and they quoted 1 hour till it was ready. I arrived 30 minutes early only to be given the pizza from the hot box. It tasted like it was right out of a hot box too. Not good at all. I’ve had great experiences at Grimaldi’s but this process should be improved, especially at this price point. Definitely recommend eating dine in as the staff and atmosphere were amazing.

The crust is superb! I'm so glad we tried this place. Nice balance for me, a thin crust lover, and the hubs, a thicker crust fan. We ordered the Brooklyn Bridge pizza and it was delicious! I'm visiting from MN and will go back home craving this perfectly chewy and crisp crust. Loved the sauce and the ricotta on the pizza, too. Yum!
