I love the atmosphere and my friends and I like coming here for a drink. Maybe Wednesday is not a big night, but it was so dead. I was surprised at the lack of service since no one was at the bar. I had to go to the bar and ask for a refill for our water bottle since we had been sitting at the couches, eating and drinking for a couple of hours. They have a sign on the table saying to order at the bar, but since the bartenders were not waiting on anyone else and we were paying $22 a glass for wine, you would think they would want to have better customer service to keep us coming back.

Checkout this charcuterie board at Gwin Wine and Beer in Scottsdale it was famously delicious. Drew really rolled out the TLC displaying a variety of meats, cheeses and other amazing treats. The red wine selected by Robert paired so well with our chalkboard heavenly delights! Gwin Wine and Beer is a neighborhood setting very relaxing and cozy. They have live music to tap your toes while you giggle and sip! Stop on in to get your holiday cheer on and I guarantee you will gain a new place to sip, munch and giggle for 2020!

I liked this place a lot. Don't let the strip mall deceive you. It has some character for sure. They know wines and have a great selection and a special on a different bottle each week. Live music some nights. Check the website. Bites end pretty early so I didn't get to try. I'll be back!

There are two sides of a bar to sit on in the room - we sat on the side with backs to the chairs. On certain nights, they have live music. I was with two other people and we all got a flight. I ordered a wine flight, and the bartender even gave me a sample tasting because I said I liked sweet wines. He said I might like this other one. One of my friends got a mead flight and they brought out the bottles for her to choose which flavors she'd want in her flight. My other friend got a beer flight. I appreciated how the bartenders gave us tips and were very friendly. We ordered the charcuterie board - all of the cheese, crackers, and nuts were very delicious. We tried to order a cornish pasty, but unfortunately they were all out. So instead we ordered the baked brie which was heavenly. The atmosphere, drinks, staff and food all fit a high standard.
What a cool place...sort like a speak easy vibe. Great and I mean great staff...very knowledgeable on all things wine and beer...I could go on and on and on...but, just go, you will like it.

Stumbled into this little gem from a GROUPON certificate. We like the vibe and wine selection. It is very small but that soons fades away once you start sampling their wines and get into the wine vibe. Great place for a date. They don't serve much food to speak of - so be sure to eat before you go! We would go back!
