Best ice cream if you're feeling fancy. The staff is especially nice. The girl with the colored hair is very attentive! Great for a quick stop in your night.

I came in about a week ago and had a lovely conversation with Falisha and the ice cream was delicious as well!

Ordered through door dash last night and both ice creams were missing ingredients, called right now and only got a voicemail. I left a message I guess we will see how they respond… $40.00 down the drain.

The ice cream was good but they were rude and when we asked for a banana shake they said they didnt have banana shakes when we saw the bananas on the counter so they didnt want to do the shake because they were closing in 15 min
They also decided to do a shake for the last customer that was here and they didnt even put whip cream he came back and had to ask for it

Let me just say—Haagen-Dazs in Scottsdale is a must for anyone who needs a sweet escape from the blazing Arizona heat. This spot has long been one of my favorite go-to's for dessert, especially when I’m craving rich, velvety ice cream that never disappoints.

But this time, after logging more steps than I care to count under the merciless AZ sun, I switched things up and went for the Frozen Raspberry Lemonade—and WOW. It was everything I didn’t know I needed. Tart, refreshing, with just the right touch of sweetness to wake up my taste buds and cool me down from the inside out. I could feel myself recharging with every sip.

The staff were friendly and patient, even with my indecisive ordering tendencies. The shop itself is cozy and clean, perfect for grabbing a treat and people-watching while you regroup. Whether you're a die-hard ice cream fan or just need a frozen pick-me-up after some desert adventuring, this place delivers.

🍦Next time? I'm torn between going back to my usual scoops or letting raspberry lemonade steal the show again...

After having dinner nearby, my friends and I (three Black women) stopped in. We waited about five minutes to be served before heading to the register. To my disappointment, a worker named Paige assisted multiple customers first, and when we let her know we were ready, she chose to serve another White customer instead. At that point, we decided to take our Black dollars elsewhere. This experience was deeply disheartening, especially while on vacation.

Food was absolutely delicious! The whole place had a nice atmosphere and there were even actual chairs instead of the normal ones. If you stop by one of the restaurants around here I definitely suggest going here for desert!
