Absolutely fantastic. Truly a hidden gem. Off beat motel setting opening into a delightful bar area and resturant. Service is great. Food is inventive and delicious. The chef is charming. One of the best meals in Arizona! Tasting menu is a lot of fun. And ALOT of food. And the cocktails are expertly made as well.
Located in a mid-century motel, this quirky little restaurant and bar were a fun departure from the main stream 65+ crowd restaurants. It had personality, and the food and drink were both interesting and yummy. We were so happy to have found this gem.
Great food with a cool ambiance. Highlight for me was the table side fluke carpaccio and the accompanying milk bread toast.
Food was amazing. Such creativity and quality served personally by Chef Nobuo. P.S. Bartender Chris is quite creative as well.
What an experience! Chef came out and delivered some of the dishes which made it extra special. Flavors were so unique but all worked together well, felt like a dining experience. Service was great, everything was clean and fresh.

We are from rural Minnesota where good restaurants are very difficult to come by. When we travel we like to try new things and boy did Hai Noon not disappoint! Atmosphere is fun and quirky. Food is unbelievable. The flavors paired together are something to remember. The drinks are equally as intriguing. Some of our food was even served and explained in detail by the chef which was unknown to us until the end of the meal. Service was great. Very intimate atmosphere. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable dining experience.
This was an incredible dining experience. Our server, Arizona, was knowledgeable, confident in the menu and cocktail selections and funny with our group. Nobuo personally touched the table multiple times to deliver dishes and even told us some great anecdotes at the end of our meal. Every dish was amazing in its own right. This place is highly underrated and should be visited by anyone in search of a curated experience full of great flavors, a retro cool ambience and casually perfect service.
Had the Sox course tasting menu. One of the most inventive, interesting dining experiences I've ever had. I thought I was coming for excellent sushi, and instead, I got something with so much more creativity. This is truly the sushi experience through the lens of Arizona. There are shades of Mexican influence here, great use of heat (as in spice), dynamic presentations, the works. I'd heard this was a good place but I had no idea how it special it would be. I have to give a special notice to the dessert, which is usually nothing at all to be excited about when eating at a sushi restaurant. it was unique and more importantly, delicious. I highly recommend for anyone who isn't afraid of a sushi experience that strays from tradition.
Every dish was exquisite and an amazing flavorful experience. The ambience was so warm and cute. The service was excellent. 10/10 from me and my friends. We will definitely be back!
I came in with my partner and good friends for New Years. We all left there saying it was one of the best meals we have had in a long time, and maybe ever. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and fun. Arizona was our waiter, and he knocked it out of the park in terms of recommendations and bits. We also got the opportunity to talk to the chef, who would more appropriately be titled a wizard. The food was unbelievable and the cocktails were delicious. The vibes and decor of the restaurant set a really cool backdrop to the experience. I will be recommending this restaurant to everyone I know.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, amazing food and drinks, went for our anniversary and could not have been better.
We have been to Japan multiple times and used to live in NYC, so we have tried many of the best sushi places in the world. This place is absolutely right up there with two of the very top spots we’ve experienced in Japan. The quality, precision, and balance of flavors are exceptional. It truly blows Nobu out of the water. A must try for anyone who takes sushi seriously.

The food was great and the drinks were amazing. All the cocktails were inventive and delicious. I highly recommend their take on the espresso martini. The ambiance is meh but you're going here for the flavors, not the party.
This restaurant is an absolute gem that doesn't get enough attention! The cocktails are excellent and very creative. The food is also very creative and like nothing I have had before. It is an interesting mixture of Japanese and local influences. The chef even personally served each course of our dinner to explain the items and flavors we should expect. The only downside is the location. It is a bit hard to find and is a bit dated. But, that may represent a certain charm to a lot of people so that might be seen as a plus rather than a detraction.
Everything was amazing, food, drink and even the playlist. This place has such a good vibe. Best drink I've had in a long time the “Kosho”...highly recommend.
