Food and wine selection was excellent. My steak was good very cooked for what I requested, but still very tasty. Can make for a high end cocktail hour of fun date night. Very fun environment

Steak was undercooked by a lot. Server rushed pace and did not keep Bev's refilled etc. one veg side available (bad for low carb dining). Very loud.

Serenity was a stellar server, fun, and made sure we were taken care of to the highest degree! 10/10 staff, great job management!

Everything was good. Filet was cooked to perfection and the crab mac n cheese was delicious. Only problem was one bathroom for women and men.

The service was slow but friendly. The hamburgers were awful. After the rave reviews we read on line we were expecting a lot better. Very disappointing

Friends of ours took us to dinner for our Anniversary! We wanted to start trying new restaurants well we were not disappointed Food was delicious and the drinks were great! We will definitely be back! Oh and the service was also great!

Read positive reviews and wanted to try and find a place near Arizona falls. Was surprised to see salt and vinegar fries so we had to try it and it was yummy! Wedge salad was good...they served it chopped. Burgers r all a la carte...burgers were tasty and juicy. Nice to have a booth.

Heard about this place from a friend and decided to come in to check it out for myself. I can say I was not disappointed to say the least. My server Caitlin recommended the ribeye and I can honestly say it was one of the beat steaks I have had in Arizona! I had to check out their butter cake that Caitlin said was her favourite and it was amazing! Food and service was top notch!

Today's lunch at the Handcut Chophouse was far from delightful. We were looking forward to a nice meal, but our experience was overshadowed by our waitress, Caitlin. Her unprofessionalism during our visit was completely unnecessary and frustrating. Unfortunately, she still received an undeserved tip.

As a service professional, it is essential to remain courteous, even when you may not like a customer. Caitlin failed to do this and did not wish us a pleasant day, which was disappointing. Moreover, her behavior seemed similarly unprofessional with the adjacent table.

We've visited this restaurant before and enjoyed the ribeye, but today we were served smaller-sized steaks than was stated on the menu. Overall, we were left dissatisfied with our experience today as we've had superior service at McDonald's. However, I would like to commend the young gentleman with long hair who served our meals. He was both respectful and courteous to us and all of the surrounding tables.

My wife and I split the salmon and ribeye entrees since we like surf and turf dinner. The salmon was good but the portion size was small for the price. It would not have been adequate by itself for dinner. The ribeye was a good size but not the best quality. It was a steak like I would expect at a restaurant like Sizzler. Also, It too was overpriced. The asparagus was very good as well as the hand cut fries.

Was originally planning on going to Olive & Ivy, but ended up here instead. It's a pretty typical American restaurant and the prices are a little bit higher than usual! I ordered the Jalapeno Ranch Burger, it was amazing. Period. The staff and servers there are super super nice and affable. The place unfortunately was a bit loud though since it's pretty cramped and the music is too loud. Overall a pretty nice spot.

Their ribeye steak is now my new favorite, it was even better then Flemings! Every bite was super flavorable and tender. Great option for quick and you don't have to dress up. We also had the meatball appetizer that was terrific too. I ordered the Brussels and the bacon was great, however the Brussels were a little undercooked. Location is a little tricky to find, plan extra time our walk was 7 minutes.
