I walked in. Could not find a place to eat with my Wife in A Power Wheelchair. Steps and tall tables.
Even the Bench seats would put her in the middle of the Walkway up against the Bar seating.

I had a very nice experience at Hand Cut. We went out with some friends and had a great evening with fantastic food and drinks. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip as an appetizer (which was not my favorite, but still good), and for entrees, we got the Cesar Steak and the Smash Burger. In my opinion, given the creativity, I thought the steak was one of the better dishes I've had recently. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and had a delicious flavor in the sauce. My wife enjoyed the burger as well. It had flavorful toppings and seasoning on top, which made for a great-tasting sandwich.
I thought the service was a little lackluster. We were seated immediately and greeted, but there wasn't really much after that. I felt like there could have been more opportunities for service to be provided.
It's hard to compete in Fashion Square, but overall, I thought Hand-Cut was a solid experience and I'd definitely be back for the steak!

What a delightful experience! Rachel, the bartender and our server, delivered amazing service. We never had to ask for refills.
We ordered two filets, rare, and they were cooked to perfection. The hand-cut fries were spot on. The salads were fresh and perfectly dressed, and in the words of my mom, “dressed so well I could take it to prom!”
We also had a burger and steak sandwich and both of them didn’t stand a chance.
Perfect meal! Made the trip from Colorado and it was worth it!

This is so sad—this restaurant has really gone downhill. The food was horrific. The chopped wedge was soggy and tasteless, the sliders were greasy, soggy messes, and the crab mac and cheese was both greasy and flavorless. This used to be a great place to stop for a bite. The service is still spectacular, but $130 before tip for sliders, mac and cheese (split), a chopped salad (split), and two drinks feels outrageous. If this is the effort just close it, instead of ripping customers off.

The steak was tastless, the shortrib was dry and tough, and the waiter forgot our sides. Total dissapointment . Especially for the price point.
Great food, service was pleasant and not crowded for a lunch

Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Rachael was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to have serve us. She was attentive, funny and easy on the eyes.
Tried the spinach artichoke dip and it was really good. I loved that it was mixed up and that it came with toasted bread. Very tasty.
Had the grilled ribeye for dinner and wow… added truffle butter and that was a game changer. Such good flavor. The steak was perfectly medium rare and had a great sear to it. Delicious.
The atmosphere is really chill. Quiet enough to talk, clean, and up beat.
Very good experience.

Food and service was great. They need to turn the music down some. It's nice to have some background music. But the loud thumping of the base and the music is just way too loud to enjoy a conversation. Otherwise I would've given it five stars.
Was doing some shopping in the area and decided to stop by for lunch, the service was very good and our server Strom was very polite and informative he made ordering very is easy.

Stopped in at Hand Cut Burgers and Chop House for a solo happy hour and took a seat at the bar. The ambiance had a polished rustic charm, and the staff were friendly but not particularly attentive—it took a little longer than expected to get settled and served.
I ordered the Truffle Cheeseburger, California Fries, and a glass of rosé from the happy hour menu. The burger had promise: the truffle came through, the cheese was melty, and the bun held up well—but it felt like it was missing a wow factor, especially at this price point. I didn't care for the California Fries they were ok, nothing spectacular. The rosé was light and refreshing, a solid happy hour pour, I enjoyed it.
Overall, it was good enough for a casual stop, but not quite memorable. I’d come back if I was nearby and craving fries, but I wouldn’t go out of my way.
