I had a very nice experience at Hand Cut. We went out with some friends and had a great evening with fantastic food and drinks. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip as an appetizer (which was not my favorite, but still good), and for entrees, we got the Cesar Steak and the Smash Burger. What a delightful experience! Rachel, the bartender and our server, delivered amazing service. We never had to ask for refills.
We ordered two filets, rare, and they were cooked to perfection. The hand-cut fries were spot on. The salads were fresh and perfectly dressed, and in the words of my mom, “dressed so well I could take it to prom!”

Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Rachael was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to have serve us. She was attentive, funny and easy on the eyes.
