So... they force you to get a minimum scoop amount per each cone size. You can't get less per cone size. I said well you lose business that way because a lot of people can't eat that much, then it's a waste i said, she said, "No, not really, they're not losing business lol. I was like, yeah, you just lost mine haha 🤣 because they didn't want to give me a scoop in a different cone lmao WTLF kind of business mindset is that? I've actually seen them give other scoop amounts to other people in line before that wasn't supposed to be according to their forced scoop amounts. What a literal mess of a business mindset. If I didn't have gift cards, I wouldn't come here, legit.

Get the 4 scoop sampler no cones, but you have a chance to try & share with someone special and for $7 s bargain. Friendly staff good portions so good. Like the pecan praline 👌

The guys here were very friendly and courteous. Had a little chat with them about hiking. They made us Wisconsinites feel welcome!! Oh, delicious ice cream and a generous serving!

Hands down the best ice cream in North Scottsdale (maybe North America). Amazing flavor options and selection, and shout to the owners who aren’t skimpy with the scoops sizes, let me emphasize this was key to me writing this review. Staff was friendly too. It’s the quality, size and value that will keep us coming back. Good job to the owners and the friendly staff who run this place. 🫡

Be prepared, there is no such thing as a moderate sized serving. A small is 3 huge scoops. More than I can eat in one sitting. We both threw away over half of what we got. What a waste of money. They do have a lot of flavors to chose from and the employees were very cheerful.

The ice cream was really good. I really like Handels, and appreciate this this location has denotations for Gluten Friendly options. I was extremely disappointed with the unfriendly non greeting we received. I brought a friend, who had never had Handel's before, she also commented on the unfriendliness of the staff. It was definitely clear that they had no interest in being at work, on a late Saturday afternoon. This definitely put a damper on the overall experience.

I was told by a client to try this please and that this place had the best ice cream . So absolutely far from the truth. The ice cream is tastes less and you can taste the cheap chocolate they us. Horrible. Never go back. Sweet Republic is the best in Town by far. Also, it’s like walking into a hospital. Horrible smell and horrible interior and lighting.
