Honestly, some of the best ice cream I have ever had! We had heard from a few friends to stop here while we were on vacation, and it definitely lived up to all the hype! Tons of flavors! Parking was a little tight due to some construction around the building, but other than that, no complaints. The line moves fast, so we didn't have to wait long. I would highly recommend a pint of cookie brownie ice cream ?. Our kids loved the oreo milkshakes as well.Parking: Parking would be a lot easier without the construction going on.Kid-friendliness: Music and the environment were super kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room for a wheelchair.

Wow! Great spot for the ice cream lovers. TONS of yummy flavors to select from. Portion sizes are large where a "single scoop" is two-and-a-half scoops. The young guys working there were super efficient, friendly, and eager to help. Not many places to sit inside. Some outdoor seating available.Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream. Need I say more? ?

I am an Ice Cream-Holic!This Ice Cream (I enjoyed the Chocolate Chip today) for the first time, and truly feel that Hansel’s is the BEST ice cream I have ever eaten. The consistency is phenomenal! The quality of ingredients is apparent! I intend to return soon for the tastiest ice cream treat I have ever enjoyed!

Amazing ice cream! By far best I've ever tried. Only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star was the lack of communication of service. Other than that well kept and clean. Definitely will come back. Also has 4 different DF options. Also they only allow 2 ice cream testers per person. We got a strawberry sundae with whip and nuts and cherry on top in cup, a waffle cookie dough and an oreo-dough with whip. So good. If you're in the Scottsdale area in AZ it's a must to take the family or yourself.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved ordering their own ice creams.
Awesome homemade 45 unique flavors of ice cream that will excite your taste buds. You can get 4 scoops of Delicious flavors. Mix and match. The staff is friendly and pricing is very very reasonable. And even homemade cones. You will want to go back again.

Don’t get me wrong, I think this ice cream is good, but I have had better. Two minor issues to me were the temperature of the ice cream and the sizes. For some reason, the ice cream I ordered almost seemed too warm/melty in comparison to regular ice cream. Also, I wish smaller sizes were available — the smallest comes with a large portion. I would visit again but don’t know that I would go out of my way to come here.
