Got the Ultimate and Pizza burgers. Loved most of all Tots, but onion rings on burger were great. Also loved the jalapeño and chipotle sauces. Burgers were not cooked to order but still delicious. We were in a rush so they provided a drink to go as well.Parking: Directions were sketch, parked next door and walked over, and fortunately there’s a back entrance!

Upon arriving to pick up my order, which I was notified was ready via text, I was met with unprofessionalism. The front desk attendant was dismissive and rudely informed me my order was not ready, contradicting the message I had received. Despite my attempts to ask questions, her responses were abrupt, indicating a lack of interest or concern for my situation. She incorrectly insisted she had informed me previously, which was not the case. Overall, the service was disappointingly poor, with a notable lack of acknowledgment and courtesy.

At the SE corner of Shea and Scottsdale is a hidden gem. The only reason why I tried it was that I had a Dr appointment in the same plaza. I had never heard of the place and unless you go into the plaza, you'd never see it. The milkshakes are amazing, the burgers are phenomenal, and the service is genuine. I recommend the chocolate banana milkshake. I'll be bringing friends and visitors to this restaurant.

Best burger in Arizona??? I assume that's "self proclaimed". Place wasn't busy , but yet it took 45 minutes to get our over cooked horrible food. Lesson learned, McDonald's has better food than this place !!!!!!
Took my wife here the other day to see what all the fuss is about. Good tasting burgers, good servers who are respectful of older folks like us..wife and i shared a delicious chocolate shake too. I wish I could give 6 stars because the place reminds me of the diner where I met my beautiful wife,,thank you and God bless .

We decided to try this burger place based on the excellent ratings. We ordered the Sonoran and it arrived with limp bacon that wasn't cooked well enough. The green chile tasted like it was canned, and the bun was soggy. The meat did seem like a good quality beef, and the onion rings and shakes were delicious. The waitress was very pleasant. Will I go back? Probably not.
