I was here for my husband’s birthday, and the food and atmosphere were great - no complaints there (as repeat customers this is why we returned). However, I was incredibly turned off by the mandatory 22% service charge/tip when our party was only 3 people. Further, I specified in my booking thay we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and they completely forgot, leaving me to mention it to the server in front of him (very awkward). They brought out a nice dessert but then gave it to my son when I told them it was for my husband. I could excuse this behavior if it was busy but there were literally 3 tables of people eating and most servers were just standing around chit-chatting half the time. Just disappointed in how things played out given such a top tier restaurant.
Marko, Edgar, and Diego made our evening a perfect experience with professional advice, friendly service and humorous conversations. Kudos and many thanks. Jim and Terry

Incredible meal at Hearth. We started with the Zaatar Meatballs (not pictured). They were delicious but honestly I found no trace of any Zaatar flavor in the dish. The strawberry and spinach salad was fantastic and colorful. I ordered the daily special which was a sea bass with a zesty Asian sauce and some vegetables. The fish was top notch.

Hearth ’61 at Mountain Shadows is the ultimate brunch destination with a view in Scottsdale! The scenic patio overlooks the pool and Camelback Mountain, making it a stunning backdrop for any weekend. Their modern American brunch menu features everything from Eggs Benedict and Belgian waffles to veggie power bowls and decadent specialty cocktails. The service feels warm and attentive, from greeting guests to recommending dishes, and the overall vibe is relaxed yet refined. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying brunch with a view, Hearth ’61 delivers every time. Highly recommend! 😊

Food was mediocre given the prices.
For the price there are many better restaurants in the area.
Went for Easter brunch and had a perfect experience. Service was perfect, food was excellent. Can't wait to get back.

Fantastic food, great view and grateful service! We'll done! ☆☆☆☆☆
Very nice hotel restaurant worth going to even if you don’t stay in the hotel. Came here after a round of golf for brunch. Drinks were nice and food was good. I was a tiny bit disappointed in the pancakes unfortunately. It had bacon on top which I was skeptical of but decided to try it anyway and unfortunately it just wasn’t it but that may just be me. Other people at my table ordered savory foods which they said were really good though. French toast also looked prettier than it tasted but again it was still good if you really like sweet breakfast, it may just be my own preference that it was too sweet for a whole breakfast. My rec is if you like savory breakfast but are eyeing the pancakes or French toast too is to order to share with the table or split half and half with someone else so you get some sweet some savory. But overall would still recommend and it’s a very nice place in a beautiful hotel.
Just the finest in a relaxing resort atmosphere!
Superb menu matched with superb service. Fun cocktails and a good wine list. Had a New York strip. Perfectly done. Valet parking and great views of the north side of Camelback Mountain all made for a fun evening with family and friends.
Unfortunately this was one of the worse meals I have had in recent memory. We joined them for dinner and had the humus bowl (spicey, sour and overly complicated), salad which was fine, steak that we had to send back twice for the temp we asked for and while they took care of us and gave free dessert (which was also not great) I don’t think I’ll ever return. Would not recommend.
