Ate there yesterday. Food was great but the lady that served me was a little off. I chalked it up to a hard day. Came back today to try something else on the menu. The garlic noodles with shrimp. It is 13.99 on the site and she told me 17. I asked why the difference and she immediately said I don’t know who makes the site this is what it is do you want it? I showed her the site and she said just order it from the site. I left due to her attitude. Customer lost. Great food crap service.

Be aware of the receipt, if I didn’t look carefully, I would not have found that they charged us a service fee of 20 percent. We have only 4 people, but in order to charge us a mandatory service fee, they marked our table as having 6 people. And the receipt still asked for more tips if we care to give them any. The food tastes OK, but I question if they use all honest ingredients when they could lie to their customers with such audacity.
Sneakly auto-Charged 20% gratuity on my bill for a party of two without letting me know, and gave me the total receipt to tip MORE. I went to ask and the response from both female servers was lame. Spring rolls are often not freshly made so the outside is dry and hard to chew. Going to find another pho place to go.
Ps. Another reviewer below said there is an extra 2% fee for paying with credit/debit cards. Be careful guys

Sadly, I am unable to leave a positive review though I wanted to. Robot needs a bath.
My bowl was very dirty. I literally had to give it back to the staff and when I have it back nicely, the older lady had a very nasty attitude. The second time around, my food was cold as well & the restaurant had a very foul smell. Overall I would not recommend. I was sadly disappointed.

I had special pho, I saw nothing special about it. My Wife had combination bowl, she said it was OK.

I got the beef pho and the broth wasn’t that hot. So, my beans sprouts didn’t soften that much. I was with a party of 5 (on lunch). Had water-no charge. The restaurant wouldn’t let us have separate checks which was weird. We could only split into 4 checks. Young female waitress barely came by to refill our waters until we started coughing. I wouldn’t come here again unless my co-workers make me. Also, we were charged 18% due to our party size for a tip. IMO, not worth 18% gratuity. Plus, they charge 2% if you use a card (debit or credit).

This was our first time, but it won't be our last! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and we loved the decor. Very accommodating to vegans - highly recommend!
Vegetarian options: Vietnamese restaurants are always a good choice for vegetarians as almost any dish can have tofu as the protein. They are also a good choice for vegans, as they always have coconut milk to substitute in the curries and teas.
Dietary restrictions: Vietnamese restaurants are always a good choice for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities, as most dishes are with rice noodles or steamed rice.

What a disaster! Two rude girls up front that yell at you and hang up the phone, then you ask for a manager he is even worse! This was unheard of these people are in the wrong business. Shame, I enjoyed their food prior to their new “team”

order twice almost every week from this place. super sweet and kind ladies who always greet us and take our order. i walked in today because i called 2 times and no one answered and this place usually isn’t busy... luckily i live close so i just walked in to place an order to go. a young girl approached me while i was on the phone so i hung up and i told her i called twice and no one answered and that i need to vegetable pho’s to go. she said okay and just walked away. so i walked by the bar to wait and she went and started speaking spanish with her other co worker thinking i have no idea what she’s saying. pretty sad but next time should be more cautious cause that’s not a good look at all. she was just filled with attitude and gave me my soup and it was cold. ridiculous and embarrassing.

I’ve been coming to Hello Vietnam ever since they first opened. They have been good in the past but this has recently changed. This past Sunday. I placed my order at 4:45pm, was told it would be ready at 5:11pm. When I arrived, I was handed the wrong order but thankfully I noticed before I got to my car. When I went back inside, after several minutes I was told I placed my order at the Tatum location and it was prepared and ready there. I knew I checked the order before I placed it and showed the staff that I indeed did place the order at the Shea location. Then they were claiming I did not pay. I showed them my receipt, which also included a tip to prove I paid. All this was going on with several calls back and forth with the owner while I was waiting for them to figure how they were going to fix the issue with my order. After waiting 10 – 15 minutes, they told me they would remake my order. Then I was told that someone else picked up my order. I did not question why I was told something else originally but I still waited for them to remake my order. In the meantime, a few tables came in and were sat. They all ordered, started to receive their food, while I still waited. Over one hour later when I told them I had to leave, they finally gave me my order to go. By this time, it was too late. I had planned to eat with guests who needed to head to the airport and by the time I arrived home, they had already left which was a good thing. When I opened my order, the food was terrible. The beef bowls had were just a bunch of lettuce with a bunch of noodles stuck together and two of three pieces of beef and the chicken steamed rice was cold. The fresh roles were barely held together as well. Sadly, I had prepaid a tip for the terrible service and food (lesson learned) so this will be my last visit to Hello Vietnam. There are other options in the area with much better service and food quality so do your research but don’t waste your time here like I did!

I usually go to the location on Tatum.. but I live closer to this one so I thought I’d try.. the food here seems as they just warm up the food and serve it. The food was not good honestly
