I would say it was the worst Vietnamese food I ever had. I had the vermicelli noodle dish with shrimps and it was lack of flavors. The vermicelli noodles were over cooked and the food was so blend, what a disappointment. I had Vietnamese food many times before in other restaurants and it was delicious, but this one nope! The waitress wasn't smiling at all, the room was empty and sad, it wasn't a place to have a nice meal.

I usually go to the location on Tatum.. but I live closer to this one so I thought I’d try.. the food here seems as they just warm up the food and serve it. The food was not good honestly

We visited Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll for the first time at the Shea Blvd location on a Saturday night. It was eerily quiet for a Saturday evening. This is definitely the nicest Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to! It is clean, spacious, modern, and inviting. I was really amazed at the robot that carry the food to the tables. Service is friendly and prompt. We had a few appetizers, and they were delicious; we had wings and eggrolls. I really liked the variety of drinks on the menu that are not typically offered at other Asian restaurants. Unfortunately, our entrees were just alright...the taste was kind of bland and I couldn't eat it all. The main entrees were disappointing. I would try Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll again, perhaps at a different location.

I'm going to be completely honest, I'm disappointed with this location. I usually go to the Tatum location, but I decided to give this one a try. I knew something was wrong when the food came out almost as soon as I set my butt down on the chair. The steak and chicken are pale, and not as flavorful as the other location. It was obviously pre-cooked and just warmed up. I'm sick and tired of places throwing things in a box like slop for 20 bucks. That's what I get for trying a new location. I'll stick to the Tatum restaurant from now on. I hate it when I get food to go, and I have to go home and doctor it to my liking. I should never have to do that when I pay 20 bucks for a meal. Do better.

I dined in for pho and it was delicious. However, when I ordered takeout I was disappointed to find that the soup was so lukewarm that the noodles never fully dissolved. It was a very disappointing experience considering I paid $20 for the meal after a $2 tip and taxes (the website makes you manually enter $0 tip.). I paid the $2 tip anyways because I had a good experience last time and I was worried they'd mess with my food if I went out of my way to do a $0 tip.Well even with a $2 tip (for picking up my own food), I got cold pho. I should have just gotten McDonald's for lunch.

Went for Lunch, from Maria was fast and friendly. Food came quickly after drink order. I ordered the chicken PHO. Nice hot big bowl and additional small veggies plate offered on the side.

I called them to order food and they said it would take about 15 minutes and I got there and around 25 minutes after I called and my food wasn't ready yet. They said it wasn't ready yet so I waited and after about another 10 minutes I asked when it was going to be ready and they said in just a few. I waited over an hour to have my food be ready and it still wasn't and I left. There was about 10 people eating in the restaurant and about 3 other people waiting for their food to be ready after ordering in online. Don't order online or through the phone if you want to wait over an hour for your food.

The Hello Vietnam location at Shea is the best. My kids and I absolutely adore this place and everything on the menu, From the crispy and fresh calamari to the aromatic pho. we find ourselves coming back at least once a week , and that's if I'm being conservative. The elegant ambiance sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. I cannot praise this place highly enough! Blanca and Maria really know how to take care of you

My girls and I were in the mood for something a little different as I expand their pallet being two young kids that are seven and eight so to the search on Yelp and I came across this place and Vietnamese food sound really great and based off the reviews and even the reviews that are currently not recommended as I always take those into consideration, we decided to go there.I ordered the Bahn Mi and my kids ordered the Pho. The food and the quality was exceptional and tasted extremely fresh. When the food came out, it was delivered to us by a robot which was really cool and the girls absolutely love that and that was two days ago today we ordered it again because we were craving it, and was just as amazing, I highly recommend this place.

Take out review. When the temps drop in the desert I love to get pho from this place. In the summer my choices tend to be cold food. My husband surprised me with take out lunch on Monday - always a nice surprise - with chicken pho for me and shrimp curry (yellow) for him. It was so good, hit the spot and warmed our bodies. We both ate the entire serving. When we have dined in we usually have some to take home. They are being more thoughtful in their packages for take out: the brown boxes go in the trash, the plastic containers are recyclable (clean and dry them first) and the bags that the liquids are packed in are recyclable at the grocery store bag drop off (clean and dry). Thank you, procurement team at Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll!
