The food was not bad until a large cockroach ran past my table and the waiter stomped on it multiple times until it was crushed on the floor, at that point I lost my appetite. Nobody apologized, nobody offered a discount. I was disgusted from that point on. Also both of the women's restroom stalls smelled like dirty cat litter. Will not be returning.

Terrible service. Unfriendly front desk staff, rude waiters. Over 40 minutes waiting for a portion of rolls with minimal seating. Another 20 minutes waiting for the check. The staff is mean and treats you like crap. We'll never come back here again. We ate delicious miso soup and drank tea within an hour.

The sashimi and sushi were warm 🤢, and the bathroom smell like long standing urine that havent been cleaned up. The worst part for me was...the female server had her finger inside of the ramen bowl. I was with my family so I didnt want to be too difficult. Hope we won't get sick. Will not return..

Worst steak teriyaki I’ve ever had. The only good menu item was the fried rice
The moment you walk in here, you are met with a very clean restaurant with a very pleasant, chill atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was outstanding! We got two of the Special Rolls (the Phoenix and the OMG) and they were spectacular, and very fresh. We also got Miso Ramen, Takoyaki, fried shrimp and spicy edamame. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had and will definitely make the drive from the northwest Valley to come back here.
