Have a Reservation. We had an appetizer and 3 different lunch salads. Everything was delicious. Great place to go.

Knowing full well that they service people on the patio, the restaurant decided to not allow a service animal to dine with us on the patio to enjoy a sundae. Guess they haven’t had enough bad publicity as of late 🤷🏼♀️

What in the holy confusion? If I was the owner of this restaurant I would be horrified by the discussion I just had. Imagine being in-town for a short time and trying to dine here because you don't have the restaurant where you live and remember how great the food was/is. I called to place an order for pickup. I was directed to the website that has a very limited menu. When I called back and informed the woman that I wanted to order from the main menu, she told me they stop to go orders at 4pm- it was 415. I then shared that I was coming in, she explained they were only seating people who were going to have the full dining experience..huh? I know they weren't full at 4pm..imagine getting some extra revenue? I inquired whether or not diners can take the food they order and don't finish eating with them, she said yes. I explained that is what I was trying to do. She further explained that what I described is really "to go." I said we'll how long do I need to stay before I can ask for my food to be packed to go. She couldn't answer and just said, we don't seat people who only have the intention to take their food to go. So weird, but caused me to turn around. Not worth the judgment or hassle. Learned a long time ago not to make people take your money. I mean I am trying to spend money and eat your food..I guess this is a different kind of restaurant.

This place discriminated against me they are racist establishment. They would not give me service and they wanted me to just wait as other people came after me to receive service.
During our stay in Scottsdale, AZ we visited Houston's twice and thoroughly enjoyed our food, and drinks. The service was great and my husband says that their Hawaiian ribeye is the best anywhere, hands- down!
I also had some incredible espresso from there!

Wow. Great staff, they went out of their way to catch us as we were leaving to tell us two seats had just opened up for us. Then the presentation of the food was gorgeous, and just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the food tasted amazing too! Excellent preparation, super fresh ingredients, expertly balanced flavors, very impressive. I also had possibly the best key lime pie of my life here. Highly recommend eating here, and I'm definitely coming back!

Houston’s is one of my favorites. I frequent this place when I’m in town. The grilled artichoke and smoked salmon are excellent appetizers.

I am the mother of an autistic child and would like to make it clear that if you have any children at all, Houston’s does not welcome families in any way. As soon as we sat down, we were rudely told that our daughters iPad needed to be turned down even though it is so loud in the restaurant that you can’t hear yourself talk. My daughter was trying to abide by the rule but struggled a little by turning iPad volume up and then back down. The General manager basically pounced on our table without any additional warning and said we had to turn the iPad off completely. He didn’t know our child was autistic nor did he even take the time to ask us any questions. Let me point out that it was Christmas Eve and we were doing the best we could in the situation but we did not know that they had rules about this. Maybe they should have printed the rules and got our initials before they sat us at the table. With rules like that, they are basically saying autistic or special needs children’s should not dine there. Everyone knows it’s a struggle to get children on the spectrum to follow rules perfectly. They actually brought us our tab and put our fresh food in boxes and sent us on our way. I also wrote to corporate and they told me sorry have a great new year! Horrible customer service and not even practicing human kindness.
