Food was good! However they failed to tell inform us that they added an automatic gratuity to the tab (5 person group) and still asked for a tip on the POS. On top of that, the POS calculated the tip including their added tip and taxes, essentially charging a tip on top of a tip.

I had eaten at several different “Hyderabad House” locations throughout the US and I never had this kind of worst experience until now. Definitely would not go back or not recommend to anyone.

We dined in and ordered “Monagadu Chicken Fry”, “Bagara with Mutton Dalcha”, “Bagara with Telangana Kodi Fry”. The chicken fry was good but mutton dalcha and Telangana kodi fry were terrible. First, we asked them to make all the dishes spicy but the kinda dis the opposite. There no salt, no spice and no flavor. The mutton dalcha has very less mutton and 90% of it is only bones, they should have named it “bones dalcha”. The Telangana kodi fry has so much food color added to it that my palm turned yellowish red after eating it. We complained that there was no spice in it but they were negligent.

This place used to be good but today’s experience was so bad I’m not ever going back there. The chicken korma was not edible, the butter chicken was too salty and the tandoori chicken was bland at best. The only good thing was the mango lassi. Complete waste of money. Save your money and literally go anywhere else.

Extremely dissatisfied with the way, Bearded indian man intimidated by the way he receives the order at a dine in situation. Would avoid visiting to the restaurant. Had better food in the valley! This restaurant ownership is taking advantage of the prime location.
