This is my friend Val's favorite restaurant in town. She took me here during a visit to AZ. We had great food and great service. And the masala chai was excellent.

Some of the best and most authentic Indian food you can have in the valley - the naan is amazing and the butter chicken is to die for as well as really the whole menu - love this place!!

I will start off with saying that food was good. But, that shouldn't be reason to have 0 service. The staff don't care about customers here. They are just plain rude and don't know hospitality. Had to ask the server for water twice and he replied the first time with "yeah order fast the kitchen is closing" then why did you even ask us to sit? You can just refuse rather than serve but you did to get the entire cost of our order with a fraction of service and time.If you want good service/respect, STAY AWAY from this place.

This place used to be good, lately it’s been pretty pretty trashy. Their biryani is one of the worst dishes ever. Overall quality dine-in or take away is a zero in my opinion.

Clean, enjoyable atmosphere with nice service, quick cooking and fantastic quality Indian cuisine. Pricing also quite good. Highly recommended.

Headed back from the barn and so hungry but I wanted something different, exotic, flavorful. I am so glad I stopped at this restaurant. Wow! Delicious! I ordered the chicken tikkka masala which came with basmati rice I ordered garlic naan, on the side. The bread was warm and crisp but soft and perfect f to soak up the sauce. The rice was good, I loved the chicken tikka masala! I do not like a lot spice so I asked for mild but I am sure they a could dial the heat up if that’s what you like! The place was 3/4 full at 6pm with many delivery people showing up for take out orders.I can’t was to come back and try the other dishes !!Wheelchair accessibility: I steps. Street level.

Went for dinner with family, has appetizers, roti, curries and biryani. Biryani is avg in taste. Rice was very very dry. It doesn’t taste like a biryani. Remaining everything is very good.

During our Arizona and Utah trip to explore the Canyons, Sedona, Independence Valley, and other scenic spots, my friends and I landed in Phoenix and decided to dine at Hyderabad House restaurant. The food, including the appetizers, roti, biryani, and paneer curry, was delightful, especially the Veg Keema curry! Do not miss Masala Chai. The service, atmosphere, and location were excellent, and Alwin took great care of us. We highly recommend Hyderabad House to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine in the Phoenix, AZ area.Vegetarian options: Good veggy options available.

We ordered Ulavacharu Goat Biryani, Butter chicken, vegetable biryani and some naan. What we got was: turmeric heavy goat (freshness doubtful) with a whole ton of food colorant and spices no where to be found or felt.Heavily dyed Butter chicken, which colored fingers and anything else it came in contact with. They might as well patent the food dye application to do dye tests that find leaks.Vegetable Biryani is another level of lows for an Indian Restaurant. If for one second we hypothesize that potato is not a vegetable, this biryani is just plain, bland and dyed rice! All in all very disappointing and the body suffered through out the digestive process. They might as well give some antacid as a post meal treat (a necessity).I used to know this place to be half way decent years ago, but definitely fell off the cliff.Service is prompt but uninviting. In true Hyderabadi words “Bakwas ka baap hai ye khana!!”

Hyderabad House is one of the better Indian restaurants in town. It has a good ambience, and the staff is very attentive. They have a good variety of selections on their menu, and both the veg and non-veg dishes taste very good. If you are looking for a good place to dine in, then I would recommend this restaurant.
