Ike's Love and Sandwiches

Bad service, no greeting just left waiting for them to say something. I get home and they left out the lettuce and tomatoes, I don’t get why they ask, I expect the sandwich as it comes unless I say otherwise. Portions are abysmal, 9:1 bread to fill. Overall really disappointed, won’t be back for a while.

We placed 2 catering orders with 1 days notice. Mike, the catering contact, was wonderful and made it happen. I showed up to get the orders at the store and Eric and Duncan were hard at work. They greeted me, let me know they were working on my order (I was early) and moved quickly to get our order done. They were very friendly and communicative. They labeled every sandwich by name (this was for a girls basketball team) and everything was wonderful. The sandwiches were delicious and we love the variety and unique options. We have a vegan on the team and she rarely gets to eat with the team due to a lack of options. Ike's has plenty of vegan options, which is a HUGE win!!! She was so excited for Ike's. There is definitely something for everyone!!! We were able to send our team off for a 4 hour drive with the best sandwiches in town!!!

Our second catering order was for a group of Realtors at a home tour. They all RAVED about how good the sandwiches were and how much better they were than the typical sandwiches they usually get on a home tour.

Ike's knocked it out of the park and both orders hit the spot! We will be back for more!!

I have eaten here a few times and tried to keep coming back cause I’ve heard good things.

Almost every time I order it’s 30+ mins, my order has been wrong most of the time, they double charged me today and gave my sandwich out to someone else.

I ordered 45 mins ago, was charged twice and still have no sandwich.

While we love the sandwiches the place was so unbelievablely dirty that it was insane. Every single table hadn't been wiped. And there were only one other person there so it didn't make sense on why they couldn't just wipe down the tables quickly. It was not a enjoyable experience eating there

The sandwich was good. But expect to wait 30+ minutes, even when they are slow. I tried to order online, but the website just hung. When I arrived, I was the only one in line, but it still took 5 minutes to order and 25 minutes to make the sandwich. I should have noticed that the ten people in the store were not eating - they had already ordered and were waiting for their food!

Waited over 30 minutes for a few sandwiches while other people came in after me and left before me. Tables were dirty - staff, unapologetic. Sticking with Cheba Hut moving forward.

I had to wait for 20 minutes as the only person just pathetically managed and operated. Stopped by again and still awful poorly run and the staff are just lackadaisical. They didn't even bother starting my pickup order until I got there and made some excuse about how they couldn't until I showed up just bad here better off going to subway at this point back again on July 24 still awful and poorly run bad employees talking about weekend plans instead of chopping onions which is the only thing my hot sandwich is cooling off waiting for 15 minutes children could run this place better

Best vegitarian meatball sub on earth. All their fake meats hit the spot. The absolute best. Great for carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans. So good it makes me cry

I ordered online and went to pick it up, but was asked to wait 10 more minutes. Even after that, my order still wasn’t ready. I finally got it after 15 more minutes 💀
I hope the service improves next time

I had a pick up order for two sandwiches for me and my coworker. One sandwich was vegan and the other had turkey, bacon and cheese. They marked the sandwiches incorrectly. My coworker got my sandwich and proceeded to eat as he was extremely hungry from the day. Me, however, I get to sit here with an empty stomach and my anger as nobody at that location seems to answer the phone.

I am vegan by diet restriction, not by choice. I cannot eat meat. It makes me sick.

On top of the terrible mix up, I also had to wait for 35 minutes for two sandwiches to be made at around 2:30pm. Not a busy time, so that excuse is lost on me.

I am VERY upset and frustrated. I love Ike’s, but this experience really upsets me.
