Let me start by saying the staff are very very nice. Service staff was not an issue. We went there for anniversary and they made us feel special.Now the problem was the food. It was average for the price and it took longer than usual to get to us. Earlier in the day, My husband and I split lunch and everything all day and had our own steaks at JG. He ended up with food poisoning so we both believe it was from his dinner. So done at your own risk. It was not worth $400.

The people here were very kind. I was incredibly disappointed with my A5 Wagyu Tomahawk. It did not have the right crisping on the outside. Upon further inquiry, I was told they put olive oil on it. This is outrageous. It is sacrilegious to put anything on it. Maybe render some of its own tallow, if anything. This ruined my first A5 experience and wasted a significant chunk of change. I do wish I had raised the issue when I was there…

In town with the girlfriend and her family, and wanted to treat my girlfriend to a nice night out and found this place. Beautiful from the moment when we pulled in to the parking lot and to the moment we walked into the restaurant.My girlfriend ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken. And it looked amazing.Plated good. I ordered the 12oz Filet Mignon. And it was okay. Looked and tasted burnt on the top. Plated meh. Just came with 3 cooked mini bell peppers. For a $78 steak, I was expecting a better plated meal with better garnish or sauce. But other than that, our server was amazing and looked like Rick Harris from Pawn Stars. Beautiful view of downtown Phoenix.

Excellent all around. Staff so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Very attentive. Pretty views and nice and quiet atmosphere. We had the tasting menu with wine pairings. Highly recommend!
Food was descent but the service was terrible and the only plus was the Shrimp Cocktail and wedge being good. Steak was not even as good as what I've had at Texas Roadhouse to be honest, not worth the 250$ for my lady and I. The view was pretty and our waitress was nice but just awfully slow and didn't care for us at all and seemed to be very fake towards us, exhaling and rolling her eyes etc... We are a young couple but make great money and we felt judged for being young, felt like the people there weren't used to a young and successful couple. I wore a collared shirt and boots with nice jeans and was side-eyed the entire time, just zero hospitality. I have been to at least 15 steak places near this level of $$$ and none have treated me nearly as bad. Never going back.

Friendly and attentive staff without hovering. Remembered food allergies and did not need repeated reminding which always makes the evening more pleasurable. Steak and seafood selected were cooked properly. Really lovely gluten free dessert that wasn't just ice cream or creme brulee made the evening extra special. Will book again next time we are in Scottsdale.

My only little gripe was the pouring of the wine. Too aggressive. The food is excellent. The venue, decor, the view, all fabulous.

Upscale Chic...Great menu, Perfect service. Fantastic Atmosphere. Frank Armanetti, the General Manager, set the tone from a servant leadership perspective, which drove the great experience.

We had the most wonderful experience! Every ounce of food was incredible!! The golf carts were backed up so we made it to our reservation late on the property. The staff welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience and were so apologetic! They went above and beyond even when the transportation issue was not their fault. The waiter/waitress was so kind and welcoming and we literally had the best night! Will definitely be back on our next trip! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Great experience all around. Food was fantastic, the service was great and it was a wonderful birthday dinner for my girlfriend. Even got a complementary dessert at the end. A great restaurant for a special occasion.

The ambience is perfect. A window view overlooking the city lights and the beautiful property. Our server was absolutely fabulous added to the experience!! The value was very good. Drinks were made well.. It was an overall great night and a great experience
