Third night in a row I've waited 10-15 minutes with no service provided. Multiple other cars in line driving off. This is very unprofessional, I doubt I'll try eating here again. Decided to give it a chance and regret it.

This location needs help! They are severely understaffed, as I saw only one person working the drive-thru at around 11pm. I placed a small order of just two items. After placing the order, I quickly received the water but waited over 20 minutes to receive any food items. I watched the worker through the window assembling a large to-go order for someone else after apparently forgetting me. When he finally saw that I was there, he apologized several times for the wait, but he delivered an incorrect and overcooked order that was barely edible. As you can see, the breakfast Jack had dry eggs with only one slice of cheese that was overcooked. The Jack wrap was also dry with overcooked chicken and dry tortilla. I was disappointed that they would have me wait so long and still let me down with the worst good quality I have received from this chain at any location.

What’s up with this Jack in the Box?? Anytime you try to drive through between 2:30am-3:00am they say their system is resetting and they cannot take any orders. Is this true or do they just not want to work??
