I'm leaving this review specifically because of Francisco. I have to assume he's a manager by his conduct. Without exaggeration Francisco as consistently, over the course of years, given me the best service I've ever received from any fast food establishment. He allways has a smile on his face, is so friendly to everyone, and is so quick and efficient. Again

This is one of the best Jack in the boxes around. They do just a wonderful job all the time. They're always friendly, they always get the order right, and the food is always hot and fresh. No matter how busy they are, the people working at the counter and of the drive-thru have a smile on their face, speak to you with respect, and thank you. I know of a lot of other places around that could take a few lessons from them!

I was in the drive through picking up my food, and the employee working at the drive through made rude remarks towards me, and when I was handed my food he proceeded to “accidentally” drop my food on the floor and made me still take it without apologizing

This is a surprisingly really good jack in the box.

I got a sourdough jack meal and added some egg rolls. The egg rolls were bigger than I remembered so I’ll be eating them later lol

Drive through is always really quick, and what I presume is the manager that works during the day is an extremely nice guy.

Getting too expensive

Was waiting there to order for what felt like more than 10 minutes. All the workers saw me no one went to take my order it was weird. It wasn't even busy. So left

Big shoutout to Kaylee (hope I’m spelling that right!) and Michael at the Jack in the Box near me. They’re always holding it down on the night shift and keep me fed with hot, tasty food every time.

I really wish Jack in the Box would give them some recognition — they’re always so friendly and clearly care about the food and their guests.

Thanks for always making sure everything’s good and for being awesome every time I stop by!

P.S. Please bring back the Chicken Tater Melt — that thing was legendary!

Based on my receipt I got John as my order taker, and the person who assisted me at the window he was amazing! Truly. Came at 7 am to order 6 tacos and a red bull and he gave me the best customer service
