Was waiting there to order for what felt like more than 10 minutes. All the workers saw me no one went to take my order it was weird. It wasn't even busy. So left

Big shoutout to Kaylee (hope I’m spelling that right!) and Michael at the Jack in the Box near me. They’re always holding it down on the night shift and keep me fed with hot, tasty food every time.

I really wish Jack in the Box would give them some recognition — they’re always so friendly and clearly care about the food and their guests.

Thanks for always making sure everything’s good and for being awesome every time I stop by!

P.S. Please bring back the Chicken Tater Melt — that thing was legendary!

John the manager is real good and you make sure my onion rings were super hot! I got a free Jumbo Jack because he bought a drink because and Arizona Diamondbacks hit a homerun yesterday! So for $2.90 I got a Jumbo Jack and a large iced tea not bad

Honestly they need to work on executing order out completely because I ask for a spicy chicken burger and got pure bun no chicken patty. I work 16 hrs and I don’t make this kinds of mistakes at my night shifts. Plus I tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up the phone. They need to do better

I ordered a cheeseburger here for the first time in many years… It was literally the worst thing I have eaten from a fast food restaurant in decades. The meat was disgusting, it fell apart in my mouth, 0/10 recommend ever going to Jack-in-the-Box if you have any other option. Also, crazy over priced! In-N-Out double double costs 1/3 of the price, lol. Never again.
