The Jade Palace is always efficient, welcoming and on their game. Ate there tonight and the food was delicious. The owner always walks to the tables and asks how things went.. I complemented him on his staffs performance, and he said that he counsels his staff that you have to want to do this. This a good lesson in life. Anything you do, do it like you’re lucky to be in a position to do it. The Jade Palace is a jewel.

First time having dinner @ Jade Palace and it was a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday. Every meal was delicious and the wine reasonably priced.

We enjoy dining at the restaurant. They are busy so I'd recommend making reservations for prime time . The food is always delicious, the service is excellent. It's a win win combination.

Jade Palace is a beautifully decorated restaurant with linen tablecloths and comfortable seats. The tables are well spaced so it is possible to have a normal conversation and not hear other tables. The service is excellent—good pace and helpful suggestions. The food presentations are appetizing . The pricing is fair for this nice environment. We definitely will return.

I was born in Manhattan, NYC, grew up in the Red Hook Section of Brooklyn and did most of my growing up in Jackson Heights, Queens. I spent70 years either living in NYC, working in NYC or both and when I worked in NYC but didn't live there, I could walk to Queens from where I lived. Also, many of my closest friends growing up were first generation Chinese and I STILL talk to some of them. We'd go to Chinatown for dinner very often. SO, Jade Palace is an upscale fine dining restaurant. Service is polite and attentive and the food is DEFINITELY NYC style Chinese cuisine. If you're thinking "So what does NYC style Chinese cuisine mean. Isn't Chinese food Chinese food"? NO. Try order Chow Fun in Rome, Italy some time. I want to make this one of my regular haunts. I love duck and they couldn't have done a better job of preparing that dish for me. Four of you OH! People? They ask we come dressed business casual. That doesn't mean Tee Shirts, Shorts and Sneakers. Respect the restaurant.

This is by far the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Everything we ordered was drenched in sugar; the Mongolian beef, the spicy Szechuan chicken, and the bok choy. I literally had to rinse it in water to get the syrupy sauce off to eat it. And it was way over priced

Outstanding restaurant! Great food and outstanding service! Great job Hugh and Sarah who always have a smile!

Excellent food, great service, fun place to go out for Chinese food. The only issue I have which keeps me from giving the restaurant a 10 out of 10 rating was the kitchen's inability to get all the dinners out at the same time. It was uncomfortable waiting for your food to arrive while all of your friends were already eating.

We are new to the area and this is becoming our favorite go to place. Our server Bree goes above and beyond ! The best Chinese food we've had in a long time. Looking forward yo our next visit

Very pleasant dining experience. Efficient, courteous staff. Food was well prepared, and served hot. Music was just a bit too loud. We will return.
