The last time we dined here was 6 years ago when we were last in Scottsdale. The food was very well prepared , the service was wonderful, ambiance nice, well priced wine selection. It was just as we remembered it . A definite go to place if you want well prepared Chinese food, nice portion size, and good service.

Waited 50 mins for food but it was actually quite delicious. Generous portions for the price.

We dine at Jade Palace frequently and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. The Food, The Service, The Ambiance and THE WINE were all Perfect!

Jade Palace consistently delivers quality food with great service and the manager is attentive and friendly. It's my go to place to take friends and everyone always leaves with a positive impression.

This used to be a great establishment. We ordered delivery this evening, and while the prices were high, I remembered JP to be exactly like NY/NJ Chinese food and decent portions. Not anymore. $27 for Chicken w/Broccoli, not enough white rice for the whole dish and def not $27 worth of food. Same with the won ton soup. Tiny portion, ONE wonton, a couple pieces of chicken and the broth tasted like water, no flavor at all. The side order of fried rice was tiny as well, and mediocre. For years my family went to the Shea location; tonight we ordered from PP, and I don't know if that is what the difference was, but for over $60 for those three items delivered, not impressed and won't be ordering again. Disappointed.

I've been going to Jade for over five years. It's still my favorite for Chinese. More importantly, great people and service. Upon entering the door I am always greeted with friendly smiles. All the servers are great and Jacq behind the bar is great. Best seat in the house is at that bar.

We absolutely love Jade Palace. We always take family here when they visit from out of town. It's additionally an easy to go dinner any night. It's also, and this is the most IMPORTANT part: the best Chinese food in the valley, imho. We've tried so many others and they just don't measure up to Jade.

Always a good meal. Service impeccable! Put Jade Palace Pinnacle Peak at the top of your list.

It's an awesome place to eat. Service was outstanding! Customer friendly. Food, drinks, dessert was delicious .

Hu and his team are always consistent with the food and the experience: wonderful. Brought 2 friends who had never been, they loved it and one of them "doesn't like" Chinese cooking....he does now!

we had a group of six. everyone of us enjoyed are meal. we were checked on by staff quite a few times. i think we all enjoyed are experience. i would definately return

I was a bit disappointed, why I booked with Open Table it asks you the occasion and I checked off Birthday. The restaurants I have gone to always bring something out for the birthday person. Otherwise the food was excellent
