Requested a seat at the bar, got seated at a two top by kitchen. Tried to cancel a take out order after dining, would not accommodate, drink prices way too high for take out, especially any Vodka selection.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! First of all, it was a complicated dinner with 50 people coming from around the world for a 90th birthday party, organized from out of town with no one in town to take charge. Hugh made this easy and painless and the food was amazing! They made several special request meals (gluten free, vegetarian) Entire family raved about the food, the service was outstanding, and the place was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better evening!

We requested a booth and we're given a table in the bar. Our waiter needed to take our selection twice in our bill was in accurate. It was quickly changed. Unfortunately there was another patron who had a hacking cough next to us which made her uncomfortable meal. Not the fall to the restaurant but after we saw our seating location should've moved to the bar. Food was good as always.

I normally dont write negative reviews, but just contact the restaurant to handle. Jade has always been more expensive, we are fine with that, but they have recently raised their prices (also fine because well, everything has gone up) but their portions are pretty much cut in 1/2. We did take out tonight and the fried rice was about 3/4 full, when normally if you take a serving you dont even notice any gone, and the beef and broccoli was also barely filled. We were really disappointed, I understand raising prices, but raising prices and shorting sizes is just wrong. Pretty disappointing. The taste and quality have also gone way down. On the hunt again for quality food.

Excellent service. We enjoyed the vibe! Even tho all tables were filled, noise did not interfere with our conversation. Now to the cuisine: hot and sour soup was perfect! The egg roll was the best I had ever had; orange chicken and imperial duck were perfect. I am visiting Scottsdale and my only wish is the owner would open Jade Palace in Milton Delaware!

I have been searching Arizona for a Chinese restaurant that reminds me of San Francisco Chinatown. Jade Palace in Pinnacle Peak is that restaurant. It only took one taste of Hot and Sour soup and one taste of Orange Beef. Roast Duck with vegetables confirmed my belief. Our server, Dina, was professional and friendly. I will ask for her to be our server on my next visit. I only regret that I did not order takeout so I could enjoy more when I arrived home.

My initial visit here left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite the exorbitant prices, the quality of the food fell far short of expectations. The Chinese cuisine offered was merely mediocre, and I encountered multiple issues with my dish, having to send it back twice without satisfactory results. Despite requesting spice and Chow Fun, my dish arrived three times with significant errors--a lack of chili on the first attempt, missing noodles on the second and lastly, not spicy enough. Frustrated and hungry, I reluctantly resigned to accept the subpar meal. To add insult to injury, I was charged extra for requesting additional vegetables I suggested, which significantly inflated the bill from its already steep $21 base price to a final total of $26. Given the plethora of superior Chinese restaurants available, I advise patrons to seek better value elsewhere and save their money.

We moved to Scottsdale 4 years ago from the northeast and Jade Palace was recommended to us by a friend. We've been there 3 times now and each time the food was prepared fresh and really good.

as usual was amazing. This time I was just a little disappointed, and the cost of their dry martinis. especially if you add a little bit better vodka than their house vodka. I would still highly recommend this restaurant, but beware of added cost to alcohol upgrades.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Jade Palace! The service, by Claire, was impeccable. Her food runners were also examples of excellent service. The vibe was very fun and the food was delicious! We highly recommend the shrimp, toast, egg fooyoung, Spicy Szechuan beef, four seasons, orange chicken, and beef broccoli. There is absolutely something for everyone on this menu. To top it off we had a lovely blood orange sorbet for dessert. Oh and the martinis served in actual shakers delighted their recipients. My crowd has very high standards for Chinese food, and we all agreed that it was five stars plus!

I've eaten there several times and it's always been great. Last night 2 of our dinners came out wrong. One was corrected fairly quick. But the second dinner never came. We tried to eat slow to wait for our friend so our food ended up cold. We finally asked about it and it still took a while to come. The restaurant comped the dinner but it was still frustrating.

Food was excellent, as usual. Our server, Brie was very attentive, helpful with menu details and descriptions, She was so friendly and contributed greatly to making our dining experience memorable.

Got take out. Guppy said the dry noodles were elite quality. The sweet and sour sauce was sweet. Lo mein was passable, noodles were mushy. Spare ribs were delicious, and the egg rolls were fantastic as well. Stanley liked the bone. We're from Boston and regular golden temple. So All in all, would come back here again.
