First time ordering here. Also last time. Ordered take out which was stated to be picked up at 6:40. Order was not ready until 7:20. 40 minutes late. To add insult to injury the food was sub par. Even without the pathetic 40 minute late service I would not go back for food this lacking. Avoid this place. Wish we did.

Food was not authentic anything, beans were from a can. Cocktails were delicious! Tortilla chips were home made we think. Too expensive for the type of food served. Atmosphere was beautiful!

We had reservations, and that is recommended. There was only one table available for 2, and unfortunately, that was close to the door, so it was a bit chilly every time someone opened and held the door. The server came right away, but somehow, our drink and meal orders were misunderstood, but to their credit, they fixed them quickly. The meal was good, and service was OK. Would definitely visit again.

Our food was good . The service was lacking. We received water and tortilla chips immediately. It took over 10 minutes to have a server come to our table to get our order. This finally happened once I walked over and spoke to a manager and asked if a server could come over. The server was certainly nice enough. It took a very long time to receive our food. The people who had arrived on the patio after us, had received their food, and left by the time we had received ours. Once we were done with our meal, it took another 10 to 15 minutes to have the bill processed. We come to Jalapeño Inferno of fairly often. Kaylea as often our server, and she is outstanding! She wasn't working the evening that we went. We have never had the server before. If this was our first experience here we would not be returning.

Disappointing quality of food. We enjoyed our margaritas and had a nice table outside. Our server was super attentive and friendly but the food was not great. I live nearby and have eaten here quite abit. My friends and I have decided overtime the food is just marginal. Not great flavor.

Jalepeno inferno was great. We moved our reservation up one hour and they were so accommodating. They sat us right when we walked in, they were able to put our ice cream cake in the freezer and frequented our table to fill chips, waters, drinks and make sure we had what we needed. The waitress was extremely attentive and kind and we were pleased with the service and food. We will be back soon.

We always enjoy Jalapenos. Had nice table on patio hoping for a great sunset that never showed. Loved the shrimp tacos. Chips and salsa...free, generous and tasty! Keller our server was very attentive and friendly!
Worst experience ever! Sat there for 30 plus min before anyone even came over, the waiter sat down chips and salsa and left and then continued to wait 15 plus more min before we decided to get up and leave. The worst service ever! And on top of that my mother and sister have flour allergies and no one told us the chips were flour and corn mixed. My mom needed to use her epi pen when we left!!! Extremely annoying and rude! The guy when we left, didn't say a word to use just bye. Will never go there again and will be adding reviews to other platforms!!

Kylea is our best and favorite server, hands-down. She remembers our order and make sure everything is right. She is professional and friendly and makes her meal even better. Always a great experience.
Jalapeño Inferno is now our new local Restaurant when we are craving great Mexican Food!! Everything was perfect last evening—great -friendly server, and the other servers in the restaurant are quick to help if we needed anything—they all look out for each other!! We love the Fajitas for two which is a good size portion, so we had leftovers to take home!
