Jalapeño Inferno, Pinnacle Peak

We have never been disappointed by the food here. We ordered the hatch green chili corn chowder to share as a starter. It was delicious and very flavorful. My husband had green chili pork and beef enchiladas, and I had the mole enchiladas. They were all very tasty. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but took one away because of the timing of the service. We were still enjoying our starter, just over half done, when the main course arrived, making the meal feel rushed. As the chowder was so good, I would have liked more time to savor it. We chose the outdoor patio, which was very pleasant.

We have been customers of Jalapeno Inferno for several years. last night I ordered the shrimp fajitas. There were six shrimp, and the balance was half cooked onions. There are any different choice of Mexican cuisine in Scottsdale. This is unlikely to be in our future.

Friday night busy! Seated in bar instead of dining room. Loud and overlooked by staff. Food was good but requests for additional beverages, salsa, utensils went unanswered. We might go back but would avoid Friday.

This is our favorite Mexican American Restaurant. Consistently good food, service and a decent value.

We went as a couple's lunch to watch some football and visit to the North Scottsdale location. Service is fine. Drinks were fine. The Chicken Cob salad was a hit. The mix and match deal was hit. The tamales were fine. The Double - Double burger is a complete rip off... If I wanted a double paper-thin small cold patty's that came with cold fries.... I'd go to McDonalds and get the near exact double cheeseburger for $2.99. Same little size, cold and NOT $16.00 as served here. Also, there is NO drink specials during the NFL games. This was a big reason we split after lunch and went to fun bar to be at.

Always fabulous. Didn't even kick us out after they closed and we were still hanging out. Best food ever.

I hadn't been there in years and years, but decided to go again and it was absolutely wonderful We had lobster tacos that were incredible guacamole that was very very good. Ceviche was also outstanding. The drinks were good and the service was so fast. We were shocked. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for good Mexican food.

Server was attentive. Tacos my husband had were delicious. The vegetable fajita had too many onions, might as well call it onion fajitas. The water is terrible- may i suggest investing into a filter system especially if you don't have any bottled water for purchase or offer bottled water for purchase. Please retrain the hostess on proper attire and how to present in front of customers. Also don't leave the entrance unattended with that many staff members on the floor and a not busy restaurant. Witnessed at least 3 parties waiting at the door and getting upset walking inside restaurant trying to find someone to seat them.

Jalapeño Inferno never disappoints. The food is consistent, delicious, and well prepared. The selection of options are plentiful. We love their salsa. It's always so fresh and delicious. Service is always attentive. The margaritas and beer selection are wonderful. The quesadilla Cobb salad as well as the salad with the bacon wrapped shrimp are standouts. I personally love the shrimp tacos, and the Espinaca sauce is wonderful. I highly recommend jalapeño inferno.

John took care of us in the bar at a high top. He was friendly and made good recommendations. Despite being the bartender he managed to check on us and assured we were enjoying our meal.

Love this place food and service is always good. Value for your dollar is great. It's just a comfortable atmosphere. It is loud but I like that.

I've eaten here previously but will not go back. They must be using a different type of oil or lard. I always order the same thing and it was heavy and tasteless. Also, noise level was so loud. Not a pleasant dining experience.

First time eating here on Vacation and it was great! Lexxie was our server and she did an excellent job! She went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience, RockStar!!!
