Despite being short staffed my experience was a good one overall. We were waiting maybe 10 minutes in all to place our order and receive it, which at 11am isn't unreasonable.They have a standard menu with most items found at larger Jamba Juices, and the reward program works here too.The drinks were a little grainy - likely due to the short staffing, but were still worth the money.It's worth going, but if the queue is over 5 people I would go elsewhere unless they're fully staffed.

Iam a delivery person and when I arrived at Jamba I only had to wait 2 to 3 mins the order was all done 4 strawberry smoothies .The kind General Manager Christopher Gervais made sure the order was nice and cold and the order was double bagged with all their stickersHe cares and it shows..When I dropped off the order the kids were full of ? smiles ..thanks again Chris for the Great experience

As much as I love Jamba Juice the customer service from the manager at this location is absolutely horrible. I had called to try and figure out an issue I had with online ordering and my delivery only to be told that they could not help me because they were alone and could not be on the phone and had customers to help. Tone and wording are everything in customer service…

its an amazing place!... if you hate service i was there for well over an hour waiting for my drinks and they told my they were ready after sitting on a counte for exactly 28:46 i made sure to time it, and by the time i got my SMOOTHIE it was JUICE, best smoothies worst service.

Cardboard straw that makes the drink taste like cardboard and also the straw is wet and falls apart and is soggy and it is gross. NO THANKS! Done with Jamba after over a decade! Do research. Real plastic straws are fine. Invest in them again and you might get business back.

everytime I go here for the past 3 times, they have not filled my cup up! I do get we don’t have all the time in the world to get every ounce but there is a a bit of space still empty! I realized the girl ahead of me also didnt have hers filled up either, i’ve been to other jambas that have filled mine my cup like it should be . Always disappointed:/

I really hope that this employee Daria. p is talked to and action is taken......

Came in for smoothie for lunch. Stefani was working and was able to answer my questions- would kale affect the taste of a strawberry smoothie?- and also answered other questions about which flavor I might like more. It's nice to have someone working who understands their product. I ended up with a Strawberry Swirl mixed with kale and pumpkin seeds (which, as Stefani said, didn't affect the taste but did add nutrients). Will definitely come back (my office is close by).
