I’m the guy who orders the large orange berry blitz every morning and imma name drop Gabby for her outstanding friendly vibes. She should win an award or a prize for sure! They’re all great though. Nice work kids.

We recently moved to the area, and I was delighted to discover a Jamba location nearby.

Each of my three visits were an amazing experience thanks to Ava! She's incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, helping me customize the perfect smoothie blend based on my preferences. The service was quick, and my drinks were absolutely delicious and fresh. I appreciate Ava's attention to detail and the warm atmosphere she helps create. I highly recommend visiting the Scottsdale Jamba. Keep up the great work!

Amazing place, really good natural juices and excellent costumer service

We got some smoothies two days ago and we didn’t like it at all, the place doesn’t look clean, young guys in charge of the place they don’t know what they are doing, they took so long to make the smoothies, expensive as Starbucks and they gave 3 smoothies instead of 4 that I paid for. Not the best place to get smoothies no more, we will not coming back here again.

I got here at 6:30 as it says on the window and google that it’s open. The two people inside looked at me and ignored me. This is the 2nd Jamba that’s been disappointing. I waited outside until 6:47. Jamba is really going down hill. this is my last visit to a Jamba.

I love their smoothies but I feel sorry for the employees. They always seem to be understaffed, 1 or 2 people making a lobby full of customers orders plus online orders, local schools etc. And it almost never fails some customer will be chewing them out because of the wait time or getting one simple thing wrong with their order. I think this contributes to the high turnover I have literally seen cashiers cry because of the terrible customer treatment. I work in the complex and come almost every day sometimes and I hate to see so many good people that work here come and go because of the work conditions.
