Reading thrift store as a delivery driver I did not get a chance to get the name of the man who served me but as I picked up the order the feeling was not welcoming was not kind this person barely made eye contact with me so whoever was at work on Wednesday July 30th at 7:46 p.m. was definitely not a good representative of the company when people order from a service for their food to be delivered to them the driver needs to be treated with as much respect if not more than the customer because that is who is standing in the employees face at the moment. As a Uber driver you get hungry and thirsty sometimes and I was tempted to grab a drink but changed my mind because I don't like giving my money to places that have poor customer service

I was super disappointed today, I normally love this location and the vibe is always on point but today it was quiet, and awkward. We tried to use a coupon from the ASU coupon book, which states valid at all metro phx locations. But apparently Scottsdale isn’t in valley anymore??? Not really sure where to use this coupon because if Scottsdale isn’t in the valley then I doubt Tempe is either. The workers were not helpful with helping us find a location to use the coupon at and did not seem to care

Honestly disappointed in this jersey mikes location. Ordered one sandwich for here and waited as I watched other customers come and go for 15+ min. Once I said something, my sandwich was being worked on second in priority to online orders. I understand things can get busy, but please do not neglect the in person orders. Sat down to a sticky table. Once I got the sandwich, it was not cut in half like usual. Overall the food was good but the service was not, bummed.

Absolutely disgusting. The entire sandwich was SOAKED in olive oil and this hasn't been the first time this specific location has served me something inedible. It dripped everywhere and ruined my clothes with oil stains. It's supposed to have a drizzle of olive oil, not submerged in a barrel of oil. This location is awful at doing the one thing they're supposed to be good at. Customers should just stick with Jimmy John's or even Capriottis down the street from this dump.

A large sub costing $25 is absolutely absurd.

Travel for a living and eat at lot of sandwiches. JM,s has been a bit more consistent than the other sandwiches chains.

The interior is hideous and uncomfortable. They have pests such as flies.

Eric and River are delightful, smart and faster than *Freaky Fast* by a full minute?

The rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever had take care of me. I cannot believe the young lady in that place still has a job after how she spoke to me and my family. We didn't even get to ordering our food when we noticed all of the veggies were old and disgusting. When we asked about it is when the girl got an attitude with us. I frequently eat at other Jersey Mike's and this one is below zero stars. So glad the staff at my usual spot is kind and courteous. Will never eat at this location and don't recommend anyone else to eat there.
