Google maps says they open at 10am but employees say its 10:30. NI signage on door to indicate operating hours. How are people supposed to know exactly when this place opens? My lunchtime on our jobsite right across the street starts at 10:15, we are not going to waste 15 minutes of our lunch waiting.

Whoever answered the phone (late Saturday) deserves six stars. Customer service was on point and I appreciate this individual. Whoever you have on staff at this time is a total rockstar! I might even come and poach your employee... beware. My complaint has nothing to do with the store but for Jersey Mike's Corporate. My chips were nasty, rotten, half my bag of chips were black, absolutely disgusting! The chips I received were so gross I've never had a product presented to me as consumable food. Convinced you wouldn't even be served this in jail ad a last meal request mold is not on my top list of consumable foods.

Go to is a cheesesteak for me. However I added extra meat this time for $2.50 more and I was disappointed how slim it still is. Seems to me like the basic amount I usually get. Considering this sandwich was $14.50 totally over overpriced. People should get what they pay for.

They ran a promotion with Door Dash on 6/7/23 and didn't honor it. Terrible company. Peter Cancro owes everyone an apology.

Clean the restaurant. The floors, counters, tables, and bathrooms are disgusting.
Went in to this establishment today. Wasn't greeted. No one in the place. I ordered 5 sandwiches. 4 the same , one different. Then people started coming in , not busy but a few orders. I got berated by the woman , her telling me that I'm not ordering correctly. My gosh, first time there. She told me is was holding up the line. I didn't know you had to tell her everything you wanted on your sandwich. But then when I did, she told me that the other man , who was actually so nice , would take care of the extras I wanted. I was so embarrassed , as the other people were staring at me. One other patron who was behind me said, don't worry , I'm sorry for this service you received. I told her I was splitting sandwiches for workers that were helping me. Instead of getting the extra large , which I could have split in half , she said to get individual sandwiches. Cost me an extra 10.00. Never ever will I go there again. Plus , the scanty slices of meat was horrific. I'm not a big subway person either , but they are far nicer, far better product , and so much less expensive. Shame on jersey mikes

Extremely rude, unprofessional staff. As a former employee of jersey mikes I know they are not supposed to treat customers with such a nasty attitude. Came in to grab some dinner and there was only one person working he gave me such a hard time I ended up leaving with nothing. Do not give this location your business !!!

Just picked up a sandwich- ordered the California club ended up with regular turkey. I called to let them know was told to bring the sandwich back and they would remake it -I’d my lunch hour don’t have enough time. how about offering to like it right next time? Blonde guy with long hair at counter should pay morre attention instead of trying to rush you down the line-Yes I’ll pay more attention next time -
